Our hotel room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is in a great location - a very short walk to get to Broadway street. A lot of amenities close by.

When we first arrived, we were charged the full amount for our room. I thought that I had already paid for it, but they told me I hadn’t. When we got up to the room, I double checked and discovered that I had paid for it when I booked it. It did all work out okay, but involved going down to the front desk on three separate occasions to make sure that the second charge would be taken off of my credit card. Parking Tip - this hotel offers valet parking. I believe that it is $60 for 24 hours. We discovered that they park the vehicles in a parkade around the corner on McGavock Street. You can park your vehicle in the same parkade for $30 for 24 hours.

The location was good to Broadway. The valet was nice and prompt.

We called the front desk asking for more coffee k-cups since there was only regular coffee. I called TWICE requesting from the front desk before my husband had to go down and get them. They did not offer complimentary coffee either. The room was small and not very lite up with the lights they offered. I had called prior to arriving on the cost of valet parking since that was all that was available and was advised $55.00 -- but when we arrived it was $60 probably due to their grand opening events happening. The cost for damages held per night was $100.00/night which was very high - most places $50-$100 or the complete stay.

Modern, cool features. Easy check/check out. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff, great service/good recommendations. Held luggage. Still close enough to Broadway to walk for a little hike

Not great water pressure but suitable. Elevator stopped working/no explanation (alarm test?). Didn't like needing to use room card to pick floor. Small rooms/ceiling not finished (is new). Night light in bathroom shuts off automatically. Pillows are very soft (unless you like that).

Staff was amazing. So helpful upon arrival! Valet staff was friendly even though we didn’t have a car. But every time we waited for a Lyft, they were super friendly. Good ambiance in lobby. Good long mirrors in rooms. Best hair dryer I’ve seen in a room in a while. Also great new fridge. Good housekeeping. Close 5 min Lyft to so many places

Wish there was bottled water in room. Room is much smaller compared to others. Very low lighting in entire room.

I knew that the hotel was only recently opened, so was prepared for some teething troubles. Didn't really experience any though. The room was really comfortable and had a table for me to do some writing work on.

The bar and kitchen staff were all really food, with the exception of the last day when I couldn't even get a sandwich at just before 2pm as "the kitchen was shut".

Common areas of the hotel were all new and very clean. Front of house staff all very helpful and friendly.

I think comments between housekeepers and us got lost in translation. Although we thought we were letting them know we were going out for the day and wanted the room cleaned, we would come back to find it hadn’t been nor were beverages in room refreshed.

The location was perfect to walk to Broadway. The breakfasts were good and large portions. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The parking was very expensive - $55. Also, the walls are thin. Was awaken in the early morning hours for a few hours from the guest in room next to us. We heard most of their conversation - I'm sure they were tipsy after returning from a night out on the town.

Decor, furnishings, room, staff all amazing.

Main lobby area had issues with quality of coffee (despite having the best of everything espresso related). Have your staff trained in proper espresso technique - or hire baristas only. Not only is it a waste of that space, its a shame for having terrible coffee that's actually good when done right (proper tamping, transfer, and milk steaming technique).

Location was great, short 15 minute walk to Broadway bars, but quiet at night.

The first thing we didn't like were the early housekeeping knocks either before 9am or just after - not ideal after late nights listening to music! We also didn't love the way the sheet above and below the duvet separated exposing the duvet itself.

It was very modern. We loved the decor. We had a corner room on the 11th floor. Beautiful big windows! I wish the size of the room was about a foot bigger and had better lighting but that are minor requests. The food at the restaurant was excellent. It had very nice bar.

The bathroom doors by the restaurant did not lock! A guy walked on me :(
