The apartment was spotlessly clean and so spacious for our group. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen facilities were excellent so that we could easily prepare meals for our group. The staff were very accommodating and looked after our luggage after we had checked out and while we were waiting for our flight. It was a 30 minute walk to broadway with all the lively bars which was great. It was also easy to get a lyft from here into town. Highly recommend this location for a group of friends or family to get the most out of their stay in Nashville!

Nothing, everything was excellent!

No breakfast provided, but excellent options were within a short walk in the neighborhood. Beds and rooms were very comfortable. TV reception was excellent, but limited options for free viewing of FREEVEE. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The music venues on Broadway were only a short Uber trip away. The neighborhood was mostly quiet and very safe.

It wasn't like hotels we usually stay at (no restaurant or even vending machines). It was more like a fully equipped apartment, so we had to walk the neighborhood to find food or order food to be delivered. The pin code was required for gaining access to the elevators and the parking garage, and it was a bit tricky entering the 7-digit code quickly enough to make it work. (No key card, like at a hotel.)

-I loved the look and feel of the unit. It was so modern and cozy. -High ceilings, full kitchen, laundry, etc. All the convenience of comfort on your vacation. -Bed was comfortable -Couch in living room was comfortable. -Kitchen appliances were really nice and clean -Unit smelled clean -A/C Heat kept the unit just right -Ceiling fans were great

-The parking was way too expensive. $40/night was ridiculous. The parking garage was sort of confusing. No signs to show which elevator would be closer to your unit. Ended up walking across the entire building each time. -The shower was okay, but could’ve been better. I didn’t like there was no handheld shower head -The bathroom door was faulty and did not close or lock properly. It was okay because we barely closed it. -There were scuff marks on the wall at the entrance of the unit. -We had a hard time finding the gym; no signs directing you. Staff just tells you it’s on the 2nd floor. We had to go on a hunt to find it.

Size of the room and kitchen. Making our own food helped with the prices we spent down on Broadway and being able to do our own laundry gave us spending money to spare. The pool was nice and clean and help us pass the hot afternoons in comfort.

The floors were missed in our room and their looked to be blood on the rug in the bedroom. When we folded the rug up we found an empty chip bag, dirt and hair barettes on under it and the bed. A few lights were out above the island and the bathroom fan didn't work half the time.

Spacious and great apartment for a family or group of friends. (We just stayed one night—maybe better value for a longer stay). Staff responsive and helpful. Eateries within walking distance. The key pad was convenient.

Check-in: You need to be tech-savvy (may be confusing for boomers). Noise: I heard the upstairs neighbors get home at 1 am. Morning construction across the street woke me up at 7:30 am. Amenities: No towel hooks near the bath/shower in the bathrooms. No dresser in the bedrooms. No blackout shades/drapes. The Apple TV was too complicated for me (Gen X) to set up—clear, written instructions would have been helpful.

2nd time staying here and samw great experience. Staff was friendly at all hours of the day and night . Check in, check out ans assistance were smooth and efficient. The apartment very spacious, great value for the week! Location is prime! Midtown restaurants, bars, live bands, businesses at my footsteps. Parking was also available for free on the same street or back lots. Safe area to walk at night and in midtown.

There wasn't a TV in the room, would have been nice to be in bed and fall asleep to some Netflix. The rooms don't have curtains so in the mornings it is very bright and hard to stay asleep. Had to wear eye covers.

We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff at the front desk. The property was easy to find and in a great location for us to walk in to downtown or up to the Parthenon. A Whole Foods, coffee shops, bagel shop and bars all conveniently located just a few minutes away too. The room was clean and the two double bedroom apartment was perfect for our group of 4. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

One bedroom had built in phone chargers in the lamps and the other didn't. The pin pad on our door was either running out of battery or damaged so the 7-8-9 row was very temperamental.

So much to like about this property. We were allowed to store our bags at reception when we arrived. Our room was lovely, spacious, clean and cosy. It was cold outside and nice and warm inside even though we did not have access to adjust the heating ourselves, it was fine. Room had everything we needed to make our own breakfasts. Was great having the washer and drier as we did a few loads. Bed was comfy, bathroom was lovely and spacious. Was great having a smart tv. Sofa was cosy for 2. Location was excellent, was a whole foods 10mins walk away and Chum's and Hattie B's fried chicken 7 minutes walk the other way. Easy walk to everywhere.

One tiny thing was we didn't get a message that our room was ready and when we returned at 4pm we found it was ready so not sure if that was an oversight or coincidence. On further positive side, wished it was warm enough to use the pool as it looked great from our room. Laundry detergent was complimentary which was a lovely service.

I loved the lay out of the room. It came with an entire kitchen with state of the art utilities with a stove, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, cups and plates, fridge/freezer, laundry machine and they provided pods, and dishwasher with pods and a sponge. The property also has a pool, workout room, meeting room with two large white boards, and a common area with a kitchen and tvs.

Nothing it was amazing.I have nothing bad to say it was perfect! Maybe the only negative was the size of the balcony but we were happy to have one at all so it was amazing!

Clean, great amenities, and great value for what you get. The place was huge and we had so much room. Wish we would’ve stayed longer. Easy walk to certain places to get food and the bus we did to sightsee had a pick up spot close by so we could walk there and back with ease. Lots of construction going on but we didn’t hear it at all and city noise wasn’t very noticeable in rooms which we were surprised about. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We got there early and they got us in early which was wonderful. Private parking lot for the place was an added bonus. Will absolutely be coming back again on our next visit!

Some guests complained about noise when we weren’t doing anything but walking and even the staff who came up agreed we did nothing that should’ve been called about so that us made feel good so appreciated that. So I guess I didn’t like that walking may become amplified by floor if it wasn’t just a picky guest. Otherwise nothing.
