Just over a mile to the main areas / bars, 25 minutes walk. Breakfast was OK, cheap and cheerful but is free or at least built into the price.

Swimming pool small and very busy. Acted as a smoking area for adults. Rooms very tired.

Facilities were clean and in a good state, digital room key worked well, reduced check in/check out times. Location worked well also, close to points of interest.

The $25 overnight parking that cost $40. The website called out a $35 price, your more current email notifications $25, and the real price was about $40. I really want to believe that an IT group that can put the digital info in my phone to unlock my door can provide the correct pricing information for the parking fees for your own lot Makes a person wonder about the data security of your systems.

Clean, the staff was very friendly and willing to help with any questions. Pool area is nice - outside and open until 10pm. Easy to get to. Breakfast was good and I liked it being a level away from the check in.

Parking was an additional $45, it does appear to be a separate company so that’s not a hotel problem but anyone staying should be aware. It is convenient but a good 30-40 minute walk from the bars on Broadway.

Great location with parking. Breakfast is served in a nice area in the basement but we at first didn't know where it was. A sign would have been nice on entry or by elevator on first floor or in room. Very close to restaurants and Vanderbuilt. We ate at Jaspers across street and loved it. Bus stop out front if needed. Pool available. Bathroom layout was a little odd but it was clean and shampoo/soap etc was nice. Bed was comfy.

No sign and was not told where breakfast room was upon getting our room. Bathroom was strange layout.

I didn’t realize that I had to pay to park in the parking lot. I had a new phone and was having trouble with some messaging so I wasn’t able to use the parking app. The front desk staff was helpful and took care of my parking for me. After a long road trip to deal with a stressful family emergency, the kindness and assistance was greatly appreciated.

Location was good. Clean facility and staff was very friendly.

Check in at the earliest was 3. We arrived at that time and had to wait due to staff changing shifts. Seemed an odd time for that to be done. Breakfast room was so hot and humid I took my breakfast to my room. Preferred to sit there but started sweating!

We have stayed there for the past 3 yrs. Everything is always clean staff very friendly.

Only problem I have is breakfast staff not dressed to professional. I didn't even know she worked there. Ratty wholly black jeans in a sweat hoodie with ear buds in. Not to professional looking to me. She barely cracked a smile. Other than that other gentleman wiping tables was very friendly.

Everything was great but the $50.00 parking fee, really

close proximity to downtown, easy to navigate to the hotel, love the beds, quiet.

I asked to use a different card at check in to pay for my room and they didn’t do it. I swiped my new card at check in. The room was still charged to my AMEX, and only the parking was charged to the new card. when I asked at the desk, they told me there was nothing they could do to fix.

Friendly and engaging staff, clean well-appointed rooms, everything we needed facility-wise, breakfast was a great bonus, good location that was close to things without being too close. I will absolutely stay here again!

Haha the waiters singing at breakfast could have been a little more on pitch, but he made up for it with his enthusiasm!
