I was veyr happy during my stay at this hotel. The staff were all very helpful and incredibly kind. My room was large and clean. Given that it is a fairly new hotel, all areas had that new feel to it. There are no views from the rooms here as it is very much in a suburban area but quite nice none the less. Some popular restaurants including Marins BBQ are a short walk away and the Thai restaurant across the road was also a good recommendation. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of good options and enough for a simple hotel breakfast for a short stay. They had a hot coffee/tea beverage area available 24/7 which was so nice. The King room also had a mini fridge and microwave which was helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area and away from the city, but is a short 10 min drive into the city and to some other spots (Gulch, 12S, Parthenon etc.) Every interaction I had with the staff here was perfect. I really appreciated how thye were able to assist me when I was having trouble with all the cancellations and delays with my airline bookings. Overall I had a great stay here and would stay again.

It was a brand new facility. Everything was super clean and modern.

The parking spots were very narrow and very limited. It cost additional $34 each night to park at the hotel.

Staff was amazing. The free breakfast was exceptional and the staff kept it extremely clean. The room was very nice and the bedding was very comfortable.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express due to close proximity to St. Thomas Midtown area due to I had to be at an early surgery check-in. The accommodations were very comfortable & the night desk staff member was very professional & helpful in every way possible.

The main complaint we had was parking. We were late to check in & GPS took us to the parking garage area & it was tiny. We drive a van & there were so many close calls even finding room to exit & once we exited main area & went to open parking area, it felt like we drug the bottom out of our van! Every car that entered the outside parking lot did the same. I can’t believe that they don’t get more complaints about this.

This is a brand new property and looks great. The beer tap in the lobby is a nice extra. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen with quite a few healthy options. Walkable to Centennial Park and easy Uber downtown.

The guy in the lobby who was there to help with luggage if needed (which we didn't) was pushy about a tip, saying it was his livelihood, which made us uncomfortable. This was the only negative of our stay.

The staff I interacted with was very kind, helpful, knowledgeable about the hotel and area. It was very clean, the free breakfast offered was delicious.

The parking is nonexistent other than valet or street parking. (I didn’t mind the street parking, other than a few houseless individuals walked up/tried to enter my car 2 times according to my dash cam). Also the night front desk agent tried to “witness” or spread the gospel for 10+ minutes to my boyfriend which I found off putting but nothing that would keep me from coming back.

Rates were reasonable and the hotel is pet friendly. Staff was friendly 😄.and security was excellent .We were given ℹ️ about free breakfast, parking upon arrival.

The website says that we had access to beer and wine. However, the kegs were empty during our stay and never replenished. Parking was very very limited on the actual facility. Street parking was an option but somewhat inconvenient. The pool needed some cleaning/maintenance.

It was nice, the accommodations were very nice and clean.

As for the hotel there needs to be more trash cans in the rooms. There needs to be some kind of mat in the shower, it was very slippery. Valet parking was extremely over priced. Once I got there I realized i had made a mistake because the Holiday Inn I usually stay in was 3 minutes away. I will not stay there again because of the valet only parking at the expense.

New and clean

After being open a month the TVs still did not work correctly…none had been set up for streaming…we were unlucky enough to have been randomly given a room with the TV totally not working. The desk guy was great tho. Found us a room with a working TV. One of the elevators didn’t work correctly. Us and another couple found that it wouldn’t stop on certain Floors. We both had to take the stairs.

Very clean rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed two nights. I did not like that they did not come in and bring new towels and other supplies. We did not have a “do not disturb” sign on door, so I feel things should have been changed out. Wr had had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper. Did not like being forced to use valet parking. I want access to my car on my terms.
