The staff were the best part of our experience staying at the Homewood Suites. Vanessa in the breakfast and the Wed night appetizers and get together was very professional and friendly as well as all of the shuttle drivers. Very kind, friendly & knowledgeable of the area.

The room had a dog smell all week, I totally get the pet friendly, but I will stay away from pet friendly hotels in the future.

Outside staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you every time you went outside to catch the shuttle or a Uber. Reception staff were not so friendly.

Was disappointed the Shuttle did not pick up after CMA Fest and we had to catch a UBER back to the hotel. I had asked this question in previous correspondence to the hotel and they had said it would be.

Went there last weekend for a quick family getaway. Their suites run the same cost as many other hotel single rooms, and are large, modern, and perfect for families. Big buffet breakfast including make your own waffles. Indoor pool. Really an excellent place. It was our second time there, and I’m sure we will be back. Hotel is very close to the highway when driving up 40 from Memphis, and next to Vanderbilt and the Parthenon.

The bedroom could have been cleaned better. There was nothing “dirty”, but there was dust on the tv/tv stand, and the tissue box cover close to the bathroom. Made me wonder what was dirty that I couldn’t see as well. Hotel parking is $40 a night, which is on the high end of average for Nashville hotels, and feels excessive, given that it’s not downtown. But there is street parking that is easily available over the weekends, so we just did that.

Amazing hotel, beautiful facilities and an amazing breakfast! My family does not eat pork or consume dairy milk and I have never been to a hotel that included breakfast in our stay that served anything outside of pork sausage or bacon. But to my surprise they accommodate all diets. Location is everything, nice pool and comfy bed! I Would have enjoyed an additional night had my schedule allowed it.

The breakfast options were great and tasted delicious. My room was clean and comfortable. The shower was fantastic. The location perfect to get to Vanderbilt university yet close enough to drive to Music Row and other attractions.

I think valet should tell you that the service is optional and self parking is available. That was unclear to me when we arrived. The valet staff were friendly but I wish I was informed of the choice.

The suit was nice and the valet service the young man was very polite. I have nothing else to say about it.

The heated pool was the reason we chose the Hilton, but it wasn't what we would consider heated. Too bad there wasn't a jacuzzi. They advertise that you have an ice maker , but yet it didn't make ice. They do not offer any ice if you want ice you have to buy it in the marketplace. No restaurant, we knew they didn't have one but would have been nice if there had been. My husband is handicapped and our room was not close to the elevators. We checked out on Tuesday, it was too much for him. We needed to go home. I did find a contact on the floor behind the bathroom door and a label from something. My bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the pillows were too soft. We were disappointed for it being a Hilton. We will not stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good and valet service was efficient with no long waits. Most all of the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fan in room was loud and never changed when temp was adjusted. Didn't like this at all. Every morning one or more of the breakfast items was just luke warm. It was prepared well just needed to be kept at a proper temperature.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The suite was a good size even for our family of 6. Large seating area in the lobby for hanging out and breakfast time. We had a beautiful view. Easy walking to many restaurants.

The only complaint we had was a dog barking continuously for 45 min that woke us all up. The dog was about 5 rooms away from us and we could hear it very clearly. The front desk did take care of the problem when we let them know.

Loved the hotel. Book through a 3rd party, and they had trouble finding both my reservation., so the people needing the 2 queen room ended up in the king room. Since they were all unpacked and it was late, we didn't move. The kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was decent but not great. Overall, it was good.

The location is great, so close to Vanderbilt and Centennial Park, many restaurants nearby in walking distance. The Gym is nice too. The suite is comfy for a family of 4.

There is no shampoo left in the shower, otherwise I would give a 9 out of 10.
