Very good

Wasn’t told the room rates would go up so much each day found there were hidden cost I didn’t expect.

The window was a little sad, but the room was clean and the bed was comfy. I wish the pool had a spa, but I was happy with it. The live music in the lobby was a nice touch. Not the biggest or most updated courtyard, I've been at nicer ones, but it was a pleasant experience and a nice 4-day stay over all/Appreciated the helpfulness at the front desk for helping me find a stapler and holding our luggage until our flight upon checkout.

The location of the property was nice the rooms were nice

There was confusion about the breakfast. We asked if coffee came with the meal they said yes and then we got charged it was also confusion about the check-in they didn't let us know that there were two towers one of our guests who were staying with us got 2 - the number of the room but we did not so we wandered around quite a bit looking for a room. Also there was two different pieces of information that we received one was we had to pay for valet parking the other one which we did not have to pay for valet parking and that there was another place to park. We prepaid for valet parking which is what they recommend and then they tried to charge us again when we checked out.

Great location for downtown Nashville. Attentive staff, great cleaners Cool Aircon in the rooms Hairdryer, mini fridge and iron are included in the room which where handy. Comfortable beds, and dark blackout blinds

Overall pretty basic for the price you pay. The pool area was ok, but the pool could do with cleaning as it was full of dead bugs. The water pressure in the rooms was really low.

A manager did not understand that one of his employees had made a clerical error. Instead of discussing it with me he charged my credit card an additional fee and accused me of "not paying fory my recent stay." Had he bothered investigating the question with his staff he would have gotten his answer and could have kept his condescending, arrogant, and accusitory attitude to himself.

The staff was great at check-in and throughout our stay. Location was a quick uber trip to Downtown and there was plenty of restaurants and music within a 5 min walk.

Could get a little loud at night with cars and motorcycles driving up and down the street. But not the hotels fault just something to know. Would still stay here again.

Excellent location convenient to Vanderbilt hospital. Valet service very helpful and prompt, especially on check out. Staff accommodating . Great sized room and comfortable bed. Quiet!! Reasonable rate for city based property. Thanks for convenient electronic connectible outlets. Wonderful shower.

Little stuff--toilet seat needed tightening. (I reported it.) Lighting in bathroom vanity area inadequate. Bed comfortable but supportive coils very noisy. Never experienced that before. Dispeners in shower awkward to use and could not read labels on containers. As I said, little things, but since you asked :)

Parking attendants were efficient though $42/day is pricey, and not sure if valet are compensated from that charge. Felt obligated to tip additional. Bistro was nice, gym facilities were very nice! Additional common areas for gathering was a nice feature. The pool area was a bit tight and not enough loungers but it worked ok. Bistro prices were a bit high so we chose to eat elsewhere. Oatmeal $9-$11 (really?) Staff did not inform me of the spending limit on breakfast which was included. Front desk adjust my bill accordingly, which I was I appreciative. The bathrooms seemed dated but showers were hot. :) I would like the option to run off the balcony light. West End traffic is very loud in the evening. Hotel lobby bathrooms were clean and overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Plenty of choices of good restaurants within walking distance! Staff was always helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Best regards

Bathroom layout. Loud traffic cars/motorcycles speeding with loud exhaust on west end. (Not the fault of Marriott) problem but rarely saw police the whole week) Would like to have a shuttle option for Broadway transportation.

Nice location, easy and very friendly check in.

Checkout gentleman was very very rude, and actually physically huffed in annoyance when I asked to pay cash at check out. So I just left. Sad that that is the last I Tera tion I had with hotel because everyone else was great. Left a bad taste, he was very rude, and probably should not be allowed near guests, or customer service.

The location to lower Broadway is great, all staff that I came in contact with couldn't be more helpful, which made my stay that much better. The room was super comfortable, housekeeping made sure that my room was made up regularly for my 10 night stay. Overall I would recommend Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt West End as a great hotel to stay for those visiting Nashville.

The only negative point was that the pool was not open for my stay, didn't really bother me to much though as I was primarily there to explore Nashville..
