The room was very clean except for a few hairs in the shower from previous guests. The Breakfast was great. Maybe a little pricey but very delicious and the wait staff was very accommodating. The valet attendants were helpful, friendly and efficient in getting the car to the door for us.

The main thing that I didn't like was that after paying for the hotel room upfront, once we got there I was informed of a $50 per night deposit (which added up to be $150 on top of hotel) but when I check out I was only going to receive around $30 back. Wasn't sure why this was. Also I don't recall being informed that this hotel is valet only and it is $40 per day. I wouldn't mind these fees if I had been told upfront.

The bartender let us sit downstairs in the dining area with our own drinks and listen to the music. It was incredibly rainy and stormy. We opted to stay at the hotel for several hours because we didn’t have a shuttle and had to Uber everywhere.

I only booked this hotel because it had a shuttle. Checked in to find out there wasn’t a shuttle. Parking was $45 a night and had to pay for numerous Uber trips. Turned out to be very expensive!

I saw some bad reviews for this property. Well I stayed here for 3 days and everything at this property was excellent. I was a bit scared to stay here because if the negative reviews. I found nothing negative about this hotel. Some reviews said that the staff were bad. The staff went above and beyond to be so helpful. They were very kind to me when I needed help with a taxi on the morning of a snow storm to get to the bus station on time. The restaurant was excellent. The food was very good and was much appreciated when the snow storm prevented me from going out to get food. I highly recommend this property. I stay in hotels all the time and I would give this hotel a very positive thumbs up.

All was very goid

The room was very large, and comfortable. There was live music down stairs in the bar area at night, and the pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing.

The cost of parking was not listed. It ended up costing me almost $50 for two days to park my car. I had already paid for the room and they wanted a $100 deposit as well, which was not listed either. My total for two days was almost $600!!! Breakfast was also super expensive so we all chose to go to McDonald’s as well.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower had refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers. I like these better than the little bottles. We also were able to bring our dogs for a fee of $75 per stay.

The air conditioner/heater did not work. We got a little warm at night and wanted to turn on the fan but the AC would not turn on. Also, we brought our dogs on this trip and there are not a lot of green places for dogs to do their business around the hotel. This is not the hotels fault though. It is a city.

Property was clean and comfortable and well situated. The staff were very helpful especially the front desk I would like to single out two ladies Kayiaa and Kayvlen who were so helpful and reassuring that my stay was a happy and memorable one ,which it was

There were one or two minor issues No room service Saturday evening. Jets not working in hot tub and water need filtering, I originally got in without wearing glasses,I got out for a little while to cool off got back in and had my glasses on quite shocked at the state of the water. maybe if jets were working it would have cleaned it up

We appreciated the friendly customer service at the front desk. Rooms were comfortable. We were able to walk to different restaurants nearby.

We were woken up by other guests on two occasions in the middle of the night (around 2/3 AM) -- banging on a door near our room, shouting obsenities. While this isn't the hotel's fault, it did affect our experience and comfort during our stay.

Staff very nice. There was a mix up in the reservation from a third party but they were accommodating and found me a room. Room was clean and comfortable. The snack bar was convenient and well stocked with lots of choices.

Paying for parking was expected but I did not like that I had to valet park. This meant I had to wait for my car when I needed it and I had to have an extra expense of tipping. I was not going to skip tipping the nice young men. I'm very capable of parking my own car and would have even been glad to park at a higher level to leave room for those choosing to valet.

Beds were comfortable and clean and we couldn’t hear any noise from anywhere.

The food was great in the dining room. I feel like there wasn’t much direction on what to do as far as someone waiting on you just go get it. The girl that was working got annoyed with us especially when my friend ordered breakfast at 1025 but we didn’t know it closed by1030 her compliment was” I guess you’ll be the last one for breakfast as she rolled her eyes at us . We weren’t being rude we didn’t know

Everything. It was a great location and not too far from the strip.

Only complaint I had was my room wasn’t ready for an hour after the normal time BUT they discounted my room and gave me 2 meal tickets so it made up for it. So I can’t say really there was anything I didn’t like.
