Location in Music Row was excellent. Close enough (20 minutes ) Honky Tonk Row, or a $10 Uber/LYFT. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The table and kitchen are a game changer. The furniture was not overly comfortable and the dishwasher wouldn’t work, but it was great having a separate seating area. The pool area is beautiful, however we didn’t use it, as it was way too cold outdoors, although the pool was heated. Wish there had been a hot tub, but that’s ok. Valet parking switched to self parking half way through our stay, which was confusing, but I prefer to self park, so not a problem. The staff were friendly and helpful. We plan to consider this place on our next stay in Nashville.

Seating area furniture was hard to sit on for any length of time.

It was amazing! The location is perfect! You can walk to the strip, few minutes drive away from centennial park (recommend!) we took a two bedroom and it was perfect, brand new, had really nice rooms and the living space and kitchen were more than enough space for us to share. The hotel itself is really pretty with great staff. And the price is absolutely fare! If anything we were surprised at how great of a deal this hotel was. They offer valet parking with free street parking areas.

I've stayed here 3 times now and each time it has been a great experience. This is now my go to hotel in Nashville if you want to be near downtown. It's always clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a full kitchen so if you are here for a longer stay you can save some money by bringing your own food.

No one likes paying extra for parking. That's just part of the deal when you stay in downtown Nashville. $27 per day seems high until you compare it to other parking in the area. That said, I've never had a problem getting parking right next to the elevator so access is terrific.

Let’s be honest it’s a one bedroom one bath apartment, that’s nice. Super spacious for 2 people. I wouldn’t recommend more than that simply because the room although has the space, not set up for more than that. The bathroom, was huge…huge!! The in suite washer and dryer was a great amenity since we had a somewhat of extended (5 days) stay. Albeit a slow wash/dry cycle it was nice not to have to go to a laundromat or laundry room elsewhere. The kitchen…everything you need to cook complete meals. Truly chef’s kiss. The location for me was great since I had a car. Walking distance to restaurants wasn’t a factor, although there are some eating establishments within walking distance, I wouldn’t consider anything of tourist attraction value within walking distance l, except maybe RCA/Victor Records Studio B. Other than that…a car is helpful. The valet fee of $40.00….ehhh. Just call it a parking fee, let me park my own car. I’d have no problem with that. Adding the valet aspect, adds the obligation to tip someone for something I’m fully capable of doing.

The water pressure on the 6th floor in the shower…nonexistent. Was almost too afraid to soap my body for fear of the water going out and being left so the soap on me. Water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom sinks was great, the shower…not so. Also, it would’ve been a nice touch to have a luggage rack to use for unpacking and packing as well as a dresser to put our clothes in. The closet, while fairly large for a “hotel room” lacked storage options. Not enough hangers too.

The rooms were super cute and were exactly as pictured. We booked the studio and it was large enough for 2 people. I had a wardrobe issue and the staff worked to help me get it resolved. Manager Caitlin really gave some awesome recommendations for what do do and where to eat.

Someone had a dog that was barking super loud in one of the rooms. You can hear it in the hallway but faintly hear it in our room. Walls aren't super thick but nothing to lose sleep over. Otherwise a quiet stay and will stay again.

Great aesthetic, wonderful location, nice pool. Thankfully we found a roadside parking spot right next to the place. Valet only parking was a concern as I wasn't trying to pay $40 a night to park at the hotel but it turned out to not be an issue. The provided toiletries like body wash and shampoo were better than my own stuff so I was impressed by that. Very good experience and I'll probably stay here again if I come back to Nashville.

$40 a night valet parking was disappointing, but there was available on street parking so it actually wasn't an issue. The junior sweet we stayed in just had 2 uncomfortable chairs in the living room area, we definitely would have preferred a couch.

The rooms were amazing! Location is great China was the best!!!!! Don't let her go!

The room was EXTREMELY humid, making it uncomfortable to sleep despite the ac being set at 66. Day time manager was extremely rude when it came to parking my lifted truck. We came in during the evening and China and the night valet were extremely helpful when it came to parking. But the manager in the morning was rude when we explained, or tried to explain since she wouldn't stop talking, we were told we could park in valet spot because we wouldn't fit anywhere they would park us.

The location was top notch, it wasn't in the middle of the loud party area, but I could easily walk to restaurants, coffee shops etc. I took Lyft's when I went downtown and none of them were more than $9 or 10 minutes. The room was quiet (except for a constant exhaust fan running which is hard for me, but probably important) and comfortable and the staff texted to see if I needed anything or housekeeping. BONUS! The parking on the street is free, I found a spot right across from the valet and left my car there for two days with no issues. This would be an incredibly comfortable work space with a full kitchen and w/d in the studio suite.

The TV is in a lounge area away from the bed. This meant no TV in bed (which is a luxury I really like when staying in hotels). And the chairs in the tv area weren't comfy enough to lounge in either. The vent by the door makes 24/7 white noise from the fan which was really difficult for me. I'll still go back because I was so very happy with the room.

Motif on Music Row was wonderful! The staff was amazing, and our suite was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The location is great–the hotel truly is "on Music Row." We only needed a 1-night stay so didn't make use of the kitchen, but this would be a great place to stay if you need multipe days/nights and don't want to eat out for every meal. Our suite had a washer and dryer, which was a welcome surprise, and which we did use.

Very minor since our suite had a kitchen and there are so many cafes and restaurants nearby, but there is currently no restaurant/dining room. An adjoining space is under contruction and we were told that will be a restaurant... so problem solved :)

My wife took the stairs from the 7th floor down to get ice on the 5th floor and could not reenter the machine on 7 was not working. She went all the way down and exited into the dog park and couldn’t get the gate open to enter into the street so she went up again thinking her room key on 7 she could reenter could not enter the 7th floor so she went all the way back down to dog park and finally forced the exit door open seems like latch was stuck she bruised her arm and her ankles became swollen
