The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom mirror was amazing, and the foot prop and shelf for toiletries in the shower were appreciated. The air conditioning in the room was nice, quiet, and easy to set. It was nice to have a full-size refrigerator, as some hotel refrigerators are tiny. There were not many channels available to watch on the TV, but it had the option of pairing your phone to it.

As a non-smoker, I did not like having to walk through cigarette smoke while walking up the sidewalks to the lobby, but I understand that there are designated smoking areas, and I could have walked completely around them if I wanted to avoid the smoke completely

The location was super convenient. The rooms had kitchenettes in them, and we made breakfast right in the room. Everything was shiny and new and very modern looking. There was a pool on the third floor, and being in the heart of Music Row was just fantastic. The bed was nice and soft. The interior decorator(s) put quite a bit of thought in the music decor throughout the hotel and in the rooms.

The fit and finish of some of the room’s fixtures (peephole, faucets, toilet paper holder) left something to be desired. All those items were loose and misaligned. But it didn’t really affect us or anything we did. Also, that couch was EXTRA firm and kind of itchy. Not very comfortable.

Location in Music Row was excellent. Close enough (20 minutes ) Honky Tonk Row, or a $10 Uber/LYFT. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. The table and kitchen are a game changer. The furniture was not overly comfortable and the dishwasher wouldn’t work, but it was great having a separate seating area. The pool area is beautiful, however we didn’t use it, as it was way too cold outdoors, although the pool was heated. Wish there had been a hot tub, but that’s ok. Valet parking switched to self parking half way through our stay, which was confusing, but I prefer to self park, so not a problem. The staff were friendly and helpful. We plan to consider this place on our next stay in Nashville.

Seating area furniture was hard to sit on for any length of time.

It was amazing! The location is perfect! You can walk to the strip, few minutes drive away from centennial park (recommend!) we took a two bedroom and it was perfect, brand new, had really nice rooms and the living space and kitchen were more than enough space for us to share. The hotel itself is really pretty with great staff. And the price is absolutely fare! If anything we were surprised at how great of a deal this hotel was. They offer valet parking with free street parking areas.

I loved everything, there were no issues

The location was quiet but a 20-30 min walk downtown which was fab. Around $7-8 in an uber. It had complimentary tea and coffee pods and a dispenser with food juice and water and some items of merchandise. Pool area was also amazing. Staff excellent

The beds were spotless but the floors were not too clean and found a false nail on floor as we walked in. The surfaces and drawers are a contiboard which was very clean but marked up so looked slightly more worn but on the whole would recommend it

Spacious and comfortable apartment

Booked this hotel because it had a pool and the weather was going to be hot. We were given notice the pool would be closed for a private function at 6pm on Saturday which we were ok with. What we not ok with was the next day the private function people had set up another party on the pool deck, taking up a lot of space with their loud music blaring, singing and dancing. It is very busy over the weekend with lots of groups, not a relaxing by the pool hotel, except on Monday morning.

I've stayed here 3 times now and each time it has been a great experience. This is now my go to hotel in Nashville if you want to be near downtown. It's always clean, quiet and comfortable. There is a full kitchen so if you are here for a longer stay you can save some money by bringing your own food.

No one likes paying extra for parking. That's just part of the deal when you stay in downtown Nashville. $27 per day seems high until you compare it to other parking in the area. That said, I've never had a problem getting parking right next to the elevator so access is terrific.

Let’s be honest it’s a one bedroom one bath apartment, that’s nice. Super spacious for 2 people. I wouldn’t recommend more than that simply because the room although has the space, not set up for more than that. The bathroom, was huge…huge!! The in suite washer and dryer was a great amenity since we had a somewhat of extended (5 days) stay. Albeit a slow wash/dry cycle it was nice not to have to go to a laundromat or laundry room elsewhere. The kitchen…everything you need to cook complete meals. Truly chef’s kiss. The location for me was great since I had a car. Walking distance to restaurants wasn’t a factor, although there are some eating establishments within walking distance, I wouldn’t consider anything of tourist attraction value within walking distance l, except maybe RCA/Victor Records Studio B. Other than that…a car is helpful. The valet fee of $40.00….ehhh. Just call it a parking fee, let me park my own car. I’d have no problem with that. Adding the valet aspect, adds the obligation to tip someone for something I’m fully capable of doing.

The water pressure on the 6th floor in the shower…nonexistent. Was almost too afraid to soap my body for fear of the water going out and being left so the soap on me. Water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom sinks was great, the shower…not so. Also, it would’ve been a nice touch to have a luggage rack to use for unpacking and packing as well as a dresser to put our clothes in. The closet, while fairly large for a “hotel room” lacked storage options. Not enough hangers too.

Some staff quite rude and dismissive, we requested early check in if possible, was told it was pending on check out, we travelled overnight, arrived exhausted and man at desk didn’t seem to care that there was an older person with mobility issues , spoke later to cleaners who said our room could have been ready earlier if they had been informed, not able to use facilities and ended up doing few tours to occupy us till room ready

The rooms were super cute and were exactly as pictured. We booked the studio and it was large enough for 2 people. I had a wardrobe issue and the staff worked to help me get it resolved. Manager Caitlin really gave some awesome recommendations for what do do and where to eat.

Someone had a dog that was barking super loud in one of the rooms. You can hear it in the hallway but faintly hear it in our room. Walls aren't super thick but nothing to lose sleep over. Otherwise a quiet stay and will stay again.
