The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was close enough to walk to major attractions. It had a nice courtyard with a grill. It was right next to “The Gulch”. We had a fun long weekend.

Be aware there is no on site parking. You park across the street and it costs $47 for 24 hours.

The rigamarole of booking it; then the "code" not being delivered til the last second, supposedly for "security". Funny, though, the maid left the window open & the door to the courtyard unlocked! Didn't like the elevator breaking down & having to find our way out, then getting a text at the end of the day abt it being broke! No fooling!! AC was really loud, but wasn't drowned out though by the a*hole next door screaming "I don't care" at the top of his lungs & slamming doors & cabinets, then later on ranting abt a "white girl" doing something or other at night. One last item: when a room is booked for 2---supply enough coffee and cups for TWO, not ONE.

The size of apartment 252 was generous and bed was comfy with full kitchen and laundry available. What would make this place better is fixing the small things Ike the handle on the inside of the shower door wasn't even attached and the water pressure of the shower itself. As with most comments I've read here, getting into the apartment was probably the most frustrating process. There's literally a 20cm x 40cm sign that says "The local" on a wall that you can miss easily. Thank fully the girls next door in MARCQ we're amazingly helpful and directed me through the process.

The apartment was modern, well equipped and comfortable.

Receiving the entry information was a little difficult, we weren’t sent the details in time for check in and had to text and mail several times before we were given the entry code for the door. The location of the property was generally good for the Gulch, but quite a walk from Downtown. The elevator was a bit dodgy, it got stuck for a few seconds on one occasion and generally shook and rattled a lot when in use. The stairways were on the furthest ends of the hallways and not a convenient alternative to taking the elevator.

Check-in was easy. Communication was excellent and we were provided with clear directions for entry into the building and the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and had a full kitchen, large closet with a washer/ dryer, small sitting area with a couch, TV. The building had great amenities, including a pool, fitness room, courtyard with grills, and large lounge area. The location was good (right next to the Gulch and a 15-20 minute walk to downtown Broadway). Check-in was not until 4pm but we were able to pay an additional fee for an early check-in.

The location was great and the apartment was nice. The staff was great and attentive. The shower head broke off in one of the bathrooms and I alerted the staff. The shower head was replaced within a few hours while we were out for brunch. I was completely impressed.

The carpet in the bedroom had stains and the couch in the living room smelled of vomit and was also stained. The maze of the hallway to get to the apartment was awful. The third floor tenants did not obey the quiet time hours because it sounded like a heard of Buffalo came in at 3 am causing restless sleep.

It was the perfect spot location wise, so close to downtown but also far enough that it’s still quiet. The whole building was beautiful. The room and balcony were stunning.

The only down side was our bed. There are clearly loose screws and the middle board underneath would not stay straight to keep everything balanced so the boards kept falling, even when gently sitting on the bed. I would recommend looking at it, we had to fix it 4 times during our stay and you have to take the mattress and everything off to get it back to normal.

The place was amazing. Beautiful flat I'm a great complex apartment. It's really easy to move around town from there. Highly recommend and will definitely try to book again with them if coming back.

The only thing that I noticed was that there will be no personnel at the lobby. Everything is online, so make sure to contact the home owner beforehand and let them know your time so they can explain the details before you check in..

The location is perfect for breakfast in the Gulch area! However, I would recommend having a few more coffee pods in stock in the unit. The unit is extremely comfortable, clean and large enough for 4 adults! We did not want to leave the incredible home away from home! Thank you for the communication during tornado, flash flood and severe thunderstorm weather! We are extremely grateful!
