This hotel is newer. But, immediately, the valet staff and customer service reps from the hotel there were OUTSTANDING. They were so nice and had amazing hospitality. Anything you needed, they were there. The room was VERY clean and very spacious. We stayed in the King Deluxe with the Kitchenette. It had everything you would ever need in the room with a microwave, nice full size fridge, stove top, dishwater, plates, utensils, cookware, etc. The bed was very big and comfortable. It was perfect and felt like a very nice studio apartment. The complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff there was very helpful and friendly. On the top floor, where check in is, had the dining area, a bar, and lounge area with a great view. Very cozy and relaxing. It is also close to Broadway and close to anything you would want to do. Close to restaurants, city life and the Bridgestone Arena. I had zero complaints about this hotel and will probably be staying here every time we visit Nashville. Which would be alot, because we always come for concerts.

The hotel is a square, so if you want a view, make sure you get one of the others. Our view was the inside and we only saw the other units out the window. However, the main floor with the check in has a great view. The shower does leak out of the bathroom just a bit. So we just put down a towel to catch it or turned the shower head inwards to the wall a bit.

The room was very spacious and looked lovely and modern, very clean, the room is very nice, breakfast was delicious and location of property is really good with a 15 min walk to wholefoods and 15 minute walk to downtown. Loved having a stovetop in my room. Staff were lovely and happy to accomodate any needs we had.

The shower was a little leaky and the sofa bed could have been more comfortable

It seemed a little secluded, being around the corner from its neighboring property. There was also an issue with contacting the property in the early morning hours, as I was routed to its neighboring property and did not speak with Homewood staff until I called back several hours later. This should be addressed and remedied.

The area was so clean that we couldn't even find garbage cans anywhere outside.

The bathroom shower had a leak through the glass door. No designated smoking area. The walk is farther to Broadway than advertised.

The check in was confusing as the reception is on the eleventh floor and there’s no indication about it, so it took me a while to understand it. But no major issues.

Great location, very modern and clean, staff was super friendly and helpful, breakfast was very nice - amazing value for money!
