excellent built hotel! beautiful pool.. a little small and crowded but had a great ambiance and a bar. also, it was open 24 hours. The room was beautifully decorated and had a great bathroom/vanity design area. the roof bar is big and open with plenty of area and great servers, the staff was very friendly and accommodating!

I have nothing bad to say. one of the best stays I've had in a long time.

Location is great ! The pool is so nice for relaxing or partying during the day ! Rooms were good bed was super soft and comfortable! I loved that they give you a water bottle and have water stations all around! Loved this hotel and would definitely stay again !

This is the best location, surrounded by amazing restaurants and then you can walk to bustling Broadway. The bar and coffee shop located within the hotel are top notch, and the rooftop bar offers fantastic views. The room was chic and super comfortable. We will be back!

No negatives, everything was wonderful!

Clean room, comfy beds. The corner suite does have some spectacular views, and the motorised shades was a BIG plus.

Room service was...OK. Additional fees were a little steep. I've stayed in similar hotels for slightly less, I feel.

Loved the location and the hotel. Wish hot tea was provided in the room.

I booked on booking and paid. Then I got to the hotel and was told I needed to pay again. So, I had 2 transactions. Other than that inconvenience, it was a great hotel.

The hotel went above and beyond with my stay with my wife from the champagne and card in room for my wife's birthday/valentines day down to helping with reservations at Carne mare. Will be back

What's not to like , everything was amazing

I really liked this hotel

My room was really loud and I heard noise outside all night. The sheets aren't very soft but other than those 2 I loved the hotel and everyone that worked there!

Staff, location, amenity, and design all great.

went there in part for a stylish and enjoyable pool and outdoor experience - but the pool was a total scene - with music intolerably load and large group scene occupying. the entire pool. Quite disappointing when you just want to chill pool side with a glass of wine and a book.

We booked it for the pool parties. So much fun. Alcohol prices aren’t actually that bad. The pool is 24 hours too which was awesome. Room was great very spacious. Nice rainfall shower. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in honestly.

Just a little bit further from the attractions on Broadway. I was walking everywhere so it was a distance, but the property was great
