It was my partners birthday and the team at the Thompson couldn’t have been more welcoming! They made it so special for him and I and our room was wonderful! Appreciate the hospitality

Only downfall was that the room didn’t have a bath, but I guess I’m just being picky as I don’t have one at home! Overall the shower and other amenities in the room were amazing

Marsh House was excellent - we ate there for breakfast. The hotel was clean and like the water and ice bar on the floor was a nice bonus.

My spouse and I were staying with our child and the full size beds were a little snug - prefer a queen set up. Also the check in process with the car - I realize Nashville is tight but we had to wait a long time to be able to squeeze in to check in and get the car to valet.

Perfect location in the Gulch neighborhood. Walking distance to Broadway but far away enough ti have a safe restful place to go back to.

My room was not clean when I arrived nor was it cleaned to my satisfaction throughout my stay. I was given a credit for the resort fee but for what it costs to stay here it should have been very clean.

I have stayed here 4 times, since it opened. The location is good in that its Central in the Gultch. As well, not noisy nor crowded like much of Nashville. Its attractive, has an attractive restaurant and nice roof top bar. I used the gym. It is sufficient and has a view.

Having stayed here a few times before, I could see wear and tear on the furniture and walls(chips and scuff marks). I didn't see anything that wouldn't be easy to fix. So, fix it.

The staff were great, friendly and informative. The room was spacious for four ladies for a short weekend. Everything was within walking distance. Thanks to Oshane and Nicola at the front desk ( the other front desk associates were also helpful) we were comfortable as soon as we checked in

There was no room within the mini fridge to place items in.

The location was awesome! The water areas available in the hallway is such a great amenity. The box of goodies in the room leaves no one unprepared!

No pool or free access to a pool. It’d be awesome if The Thompson partnered up with The W for a discounted pass to their pool. It was $65pp for entrance to their pool, the closest option to the hotel.

Enjoyed being away from louder, party areas, but close enough to get to all of the hot spots. Usually Ubered, but one evening walked back to the Thompson from Broadway area. Loved the option of nice, affordable, upper-scale restaurant on-site.

The restaurant needs new furniture or existing to be reupholstered. Carpeted areas in most areas need to be replaced.

I was not eligible for rewards points because I booked through a 3rd party. Over $1200 and no credit for the stay.

Beautiful room and bathroom design/decor was exceptional. Great location, loved the rooftop bar.

Very nice and accommodating staff, great location in the heart of the Gulch. Updated modern contemporary decor. Out room was near the elevator, but still quiet. Didn’t use any of the amenities. 20 minute walk to Broadway. Overall would definitely recommend!
