Great place. Nice facilities Bathroom for every bedroom. Nice balcony area - it is on 3rd floor.

Trouble getting in the door on checkin. Back up key card was missing. Showed someone else tried to access our room about an hour before we got there. Took a while to get in room. Needed an immediate call back - took over an hour. Next morning after check in debacle, someone showed up to clean our room, as if we were checking out. We had the place for 2 more days. If we hadn't been there. Our stuff might have been cleaned out. Daily parking cost of $23 per day. Street parking is only good for evening. Wasn't an issue for us - but for others to note. It is 3 story home. 1 BR on floor 1, 2BR on floor 2, 1 BR on floor 3. Some beds are low to the ground. Not a Issue for us, but could be n issue for others.

This apartment was in the perfect location for the training we were attending. The property is well kept and clean. Access is a breeze with the mobile app that unlocks the door. It was very nice that each traveler had their own private bathroom. Having ample space in the living/dining area to meet and work on projects was a plus.

Each of us remarked on the firmness of the beds. It is also important to note that this unit has four stories. The first floor is the kitchen, living and dining space with a half bath. Two bedrooms/bathrooms are on the second floor and the other two are on the third floor. The fourth floor has the second living area with pull out couch and another full bath. Carrying luggage up the stairs was a challenge, but other than that we loved the property.

Came into unit at 5 pm and found the kitchen and upstairs hallway was flooded water dripping from ceiling in upstairs hallway Used all our towels to clean up water Emily came 10 ish, 5 hrs after I called She didn’t really do anything She didn’t even take the water soaked towels out of kitchen I was also charged a parking fine of 54$ because I was 1 hr late because I was dealing with the water on floor and phone calls to Sonder and then asked to take pictures and then asked to take pictures again Emily said I will be reimbursed from Sonder Haven’t heard anything back

the property is exactly as pictured, access was a breeze and I only had to email them before our trip because of some trouble with my card when making the reservation. the response was quick and very pleasant and sweet. appliances, fixtures and furnishings were very nice. I definitely recommend downloading the app, everything you need to know is right there at your fingertips.

the beds were surprisingly hard but we did sleep well on them. a couple of the bathroom sinks drained slow and the shower heads (rain) were hard to get used to, felt like we weren’t getting rinsed off well as it was the only shower head. the walls were very scuffed and could use a fresh layer of paint but not a deal breaker.

Clean, modern, comfortable. Nice to have a bathroom with each of the 4 bedrooms. Was like having 4 hotel rooms, plus a living room and kitchen, and much less cost than a hotel. Customer service was excellent when we had an issue.

Was vertical - in 4 floors, so a lot of steps.

It was away from large crowds.the property was nicely appointed.

The microwave was filthy. Four bedrooms and baths…only two washcloths. We had to call. We had difficulty finding out if we could checkout three hours late. It seemed the matter was in limbo. We followed up late Sunday and were told no…not sure why. ….felt as if we were dealing with auto response.

Great for a group. Spacious, nice amenities and deco. Super comfy beds and responsive to a few easy inquiries we had.

The first floor was very chilly (visited in January, temps 30-40’s). Other 3 floors were very comfortable.

The primary suite was on the third floor, and the bedrooms did not come with a TV. Also, the rainfall showerhead in each shower was not a favorite. It was awardly placed and did not provide enough water.

Nicely appointed townhouse with plenty of space for all of us. Supportive staff for the issues we had. Easy check in and check out. Internet connectivity worked for all our needs.

Cleaning crew missed a couple of things but nothing detrimental. The noise of the construction not only Monday through Friday but also on the weekend. Living room furniture wasn't exactly comfortable, I'm not sure how a large family would be able to have family dinner or sit together because the furniture was apartment size.

Very clean and the staff that I had contact with was above excellent!!

The only downfall, which was not Sonder's fault, was that it was a little further than what I expected from downtown. We put on a ton of miles walking which was fine too. The only other thing was that we wished our balcony was facing so the sun would hit us. We were between buildings and had shade the whole time which was not Sonder's fault either.
