The staff was outstanding across the board! Everyone we encountered was very welcoming, warm, professional and helpful. We did not have a mini fridge in our room, however, my husband called the front desk for one and it was brought up shortly. Very much appreciated! Also, the availability of the Lowe’s SUV( first come, first served) to be driven anywhere within a 3 mile radius was awesome! Easily transported us the The Ryman for a show.

The cost to valet park our vehicle seemed high for the area; wish that had been a better value. We travel a lot, especially to large cities, so we know this has been the trend.

Great stay--the staff were exceptional, the bed super comfy, the room was quiet. All of the equipment in the gym worked and was up to date, the restaurant food was terrific, and great music! Terrific all the way around.

Not much it is a terrific hotel. I suppose it would have been nice if the lobby store had more of a selection and some of the USB outlets in the room did not work.

I booked this hotel for my parents, and from start to finish it was class A quality. From the check-in process to the checkout, it was an excellent experience. My parents are survivors of a harsh tornado that hit Arkansas this year, so when they came to visit me, I wanted to give them an extra day to visit the area and to see nice things. They were treated like royalty at this hotel and even given an upgrade so that they could have free breakfast on the VIP level. The concierge told me that she would be checking in on them, and she kept her word. She even called me when she initially did not get an answer from their room. Even the car valets were top notch. I made sure to tip them. I cannot express how much of a deal this hotel is. It's a luxury hotel downtown, and the price is incredibly reasonable especially compared to other downtown hotels that are frankly not even as nice. I would definitely book this for my parents or any other guests coming into town again. The Loews at Vanderbilt definitely have a new fan. They should call me to do a commercial! Hahaha! Seriously, though, I highly recommend it if you are a tourist coming in and need a central place to be. It's the perfect location and a beautiful hotel.

I do not like the pop-up fees of the incidental fees. It should be all included in the price. When I got to the hotel to check in I was ready to pay for the price that I was quoted but then I was quoted an extra $100 a night for incidental (thank God I had the money) I understand it will be put back on your card. It would be nice to include all fees so that the guest don’t be surprise with extra cost at time of check in.

I always stay here when I work in Nashville. The staff is friendly and always helpful. The hotel is clean and very nice. I like the coffee shop as well.

I called the front desk to have my car brought up because I would be in a hurry to leave. They said 15 mins, I told them asap. I went down, my car wash my there and the valet said nobody ever called him to get my car. He apologized and quickly got my car. Also when you walk in the hotel there is a heavy perfume odor. I’m not sensitive to smells but it’s always strong. Perhaps a more subtle spa smell would be better.

Wonderful staff - they couldn't have been any more helpful. From the exceptional concierge to front door lobby .. jist great.

16 blocks from Broadway- flip side is that there is a complimentary guest car, within a 3 mile radius, and location is peaceful ie not on broadway

The atmosphere, the food, drinks, décor & soft bedding was all wonderful- especially the BBQ chicken ceasar flatbread from the bar 🙌

I wish there had been somewhere to store my leftovers from the hotel bar. My food just went to waste when I couldn't finish it, which was disappointing after spending what we spent on the food, and our room. Also, the plug sockets by the bed were very loose - our chargers would not stay plugged in so it was a small inconvenience to charge our phones across the room. Also, I STRONGLY suggest getting more than one shuttle vehicle. After calling the shuttle service, we were given a 45 min time frame and told we would get a call back when he was back. We waited an hour and called to check in when we never got a call back. I was told there was a shift change and the new driver didn't know to call us so we had to wait another hour before being able to actually leave.

Super clean. The beds were very comfortable. The gym was great, variety of equipment. Cleaning staff was amazing. They were on point and very quick to take care of things.

There's no pool and the site advertised breakfast being included which wasn't the case. But I still really enjoyed my stay and would stay again. The hotel was beautiful and the staff was wonderful.
