I recently stayed at Springhill on the West end and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that I wished the balcony door could open—it would have been nice to enjoy some fresh air and the view. Aside from that, everything was great, and I’d consider staying here again.

The property was clean and a decent location, staff were friendly and the breakfast wasn’t bad, the gym was nice but the indoor pool isn’t great. The rooms were a nice size and pretty clean.

The price of parking is outrageous especially because you can just drive in and out with no security or protection so I’m not sure what you’re paying for.

I really liked the bathroom and the shower being in separate rooms. The room was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of towels too. Very nice quiet room. Good breakfast.

The hotel was very beautiful and very nice. I think the place seemed kinda dark could use brighter lighting. Cornhole game in the lobby made the place look bad especially when I tripped and fell over it after breakfast. Got several scrapes and bruises from that.

The location was perfect for my needs. The room was clean, as was the entire building. Staff was super friendly. I liked having an on-site laundry facility too.

Through no fault of their own, the street side rooms are LOUD. West End seems to be the drag strip of Nashville. Bring earplugs just in case. Bed was a little soft for me but might work for others. The wallpaper in my room was peeling in several places, and the electric shades on the upper windows didn't work, so the room got bright, early. On Friday evening, after a very long, hard day, I wanted a glass of wine, and the bartender was MIA. After about a 10 minute wait, I left.

The hotel is in a great location. Within walking distance to downtown Broadway and also to Mid-town. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were decent and felt clean but needed to be revamped. Peeling wallpaper, stains on the carpet, and on the sofa . Nothing that would deter us from booking again tho.

Booked well in advance to guarantee a room and lock in a low rate. It was a wise choice! We arrived 90 minutes ahead of check-in time but they had a room ready for us. Room was large and clean. Very comfortable bed. Very friendly service, large indoor pool and complimentary breakfast. Also has in-house laundromat and a fitness center.

Carpet was a little dated, but that's it. Everything else was perfect.

The fact that they were cleaning and providing clean towels and organizing the room was great . Staffing were very pleasant and friendly

There was a noise that my husband said is the pipes that is making that noise . It was happening in early morning especially.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff, comfy bed.

Pool was too cold and sharing the elevators with the cleaning staff. They tied both of them up a few times. Very good location but most of my stuff was downtown so it was a bit too far for walking.

CLEAN! It was very clean, one of my biggest concerns. I loved the shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower, easier than juggling little bottles/caps. Walk in shower was perfect. Did I mention CLEAN??

Paying $35.00 a day for parking which was not protected at all because of construction on going anybody could park there, there was no need to charge for parking.
