I liked that it provided enough space for a family of four to feel comfortable. After a long day, we were each able to find a nice spot to relax. It was as if we were at home. Also, it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff was very responsive and professional. When I asked for towels and mentioned an issue with the shower curtain, we had clean towels and a new shower curtain within the hour. Lastly, when we were locked out on the last day through miscommunication with the app, a staff member was able to make arrangements to let us back in to get the rest of our items.

There were things that were dirty. The first thing we noticed was a strong smell coming out of the bathroom from a dirty shower curtain. One of the bedrooms had a very dirty rug on the floor. It would have been better to have no rug at all. The parking was very limited. On the last day, we had to park across the street and haul all our belongings to pack the car. The baseboards were dusty.

The apartment was really nice, big and clean. Plenty of towels and bath products available. Good wifi. The guy from the cleaning service that arrived at the our check out time was super nice and respectful.

We were 5 five people so we needed to use the sleeper sofa… it was honestly really hard to sleep in it. I don’t think that even has a couch on… you could feel all the metal bars. If you are 4 people, you are ok in the accommodation but would try to find something else if you need an extra bed. They are super strict with the check out, although there are options to stay longer paying extra. That being said, they do not have a place to leave your luggage (although it was mentioned as a service). They do provide discounts for that service somewhere else.

The apartment was perfect! There were two huge king beds and a spacious living room. There’s a Dunkin right across the street and plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. A very short drive to downtown. The university and a great park is nearby for sightseeing or a scenic walk. We requested more towels and received them at our door a few hours later. Would definitely stay here again.

The sofa bed doesn’t come with a comforter and it was very cold but the beds easily sleep 3 each so it wasn’t a huge deal. Everything else was great.

Apartment was well appointed. Location was fine as away from the main part of Honky Tonk town. Local bus ran every 20 mins or so and super cheap, $1 per 2 hrs.

Provision of streaming services. If you are visiting from outside US, you would need your own accounts to log into ESPN etc. Many of our streaming apps don't work whilst overseas, like Kayo and Stan.

Location, within a mile of everything. The apartment was spacious and gorgeous. Easy check in, check out and the ability for late departure was an added bonus. I would stay here again.

The hot water did not last as long as I would have liked. Other than that, perfect.

It was an amazing apartment well designed and laid out. Lovely large rooms and well thought through. All equipment and features you needed was provided.

Bathroom could do with a bit of an update and the kitchen is also a little tired. Parking outside was touch and go as only a few spaces

Lovely light and spacious apartment with modern decor in a good location. Very comfortable bed. Easy access with door codes. Very clean.

The apartment was on the 3rd floor which was fine for us but may not be for future visitors. It would be useful if it was made clear there are steps up to the apartment building and 3 flights of stairs. The wifi didn't work on one of our mobiles in the master bedroom. I was expecting a washer/drier in the kitchen of an apartment but there wasn't one of these. We had to leave early because a close relative back in the UK was seriously ill in hospital. It would have been nice to have been offered a small refund in the difficult circumstances. We couldn't enjoy our stay as much as we would have liked because we were worried about our sick parent and trying to bring our flights forward.

Well equipped , clean and spacious two bedroom flat on second floor. Small building and access via codes was easily gained. Good location once construction next door is complete. Photos on booking.com was accurate.

Parking is not immediately available but it worked alright for us. Need to park in street. Construction site next door so noise for next couple of months might effect some people as they start drilling early. As building is old you can hear people walking above you in another flat but again did not affect us.

Nice choices of restaurants within easy walking. We had a wonderful Uber driver to Grand Ole Opry.

Parking concerned but when we arrived, we parked for free on the street in front of the building. Didn't move the car until we left. The front door didn't close & lock smoothly so found it unlocked several times.

lacked basic necessities like oil, salt, and pepper in the kitchen. very dark inside with bad lighting. difficult to find parking
