The day staff was always very knowledgable and friendly! The breakfast was good and the gym had the basic things we needed. Also, the housekeeping staff was careful with keeping the door shut while cleaning for our cat.

The room cleaning could have been a bit more thorough - they didn't replace the hygiene kit and the bath accessories (shampoo, conditioner and soap).

The staff was very personable and friendly, I appreciated the shuttle service.

The brakes were being serviced on the shuttle and we had to get a taxi to come home one time. it was $40 with a $10 tip $50 total. Afterwards, The bellman told us to use lyft or uber. We choose lyft. It was really nice and cheaper to use them. $10 each time. So this was ok. We decided to stay at this location because of the shuttle to downtown CMA Festival.

I ordered room service and was told it would be 25 minutes. 50 minutes later I called and they said they were getting it ready. 5 minutes after that I received a call saying my pick up order was ready. I told them I ordered room service because my husband isn’t able to come down physically. I was told they would “try” to bring it to me. When I questioned the “try” she said “we’ll bring it!” Food was great besides that.

I loved everything about this property. It was beautiful inside, the room was clean and had plenty of towels. The restaurant/bar in the lobby had excellent service.

The Vanderbilt facilities behind the property were under major construction and it cut off the road in and out of the hotel. Only one way in and one way out.

If you want to be at Vanderbilt it doesn't get any better. Perfect location on campus and near shopping and restaurants, stadiums etc.

With the location it is a mad house. There were six visiting sports teams and entourage at the hotel. Getting through the hotel and to and from rooms is a challenge

It was so fancy, the staff was very friendly even though they were busy as heck. They did a great job of getting everyone checked in, so much so that I didn't have to wait in line.

It was a little expensive, but it was worth it

The location was great. Was disappointed in the shuttle service, which was a plus for booking at this hotel. Breakfast was delicious and excellent service

Shuttle service

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. We were given a few days of free breakfast at their restaurant and it was exceptional. It was a great added touch and made us feel welcome. The Starbucks inside has affordable prices. The location is near many restaurants and bus stops. We even walked to broadway from the hotel. Took a little under an hour.

The advertised shuttle was extremely unreliable. We asked numerous people where we can find more info to take the shuttle. We chose this hotel over a cheaper competitor because they had a shuttle. We ended up buying bus passes all week.

I loved how clean and spacious it was. We felt very fancy.

The breakfast nook was confusing to find at first and a little tiny, but I’m not complaining because the food was delicious!!

The hotel is location is within easy walking distance of Vanderbilt. The room was nice and clean.

The additional charge for parking was expensive (around $40+ per day) plus there was also an additional charge for the WIFI in the room ($10). Either of those are typically included in the room price at other hotels. I feel that the room rate should have included these amenities.
