The location was excellent, and the apartment was spacious and clean. On-site free luggage storage was a real plus!

Elevator did not open on 3rd floor with our code. There is only one reading light for a king-size bed. Ventilation fan blew a draft directly onto the bed. There is no recycling option. Cleaning products used in the lobby were immediately irritating to respiratory tract. Balcony is continually noisy from surrounding ventilation systems.

I was beyond impressed with this accomodation. The room was gorgeous, it was much larger than I thought it would be. It had a full kitchen which was amazing and a washer and dryer. It also had a pool and gym and the location was great. A bus stop out the front, ubers where around $10usd and i even rode a lime bike from Downtown once which was about a 15 minute ride. VERY IMPRESSED

My only minor suggestion to make this stay better would be potentially having some cooking oil/salt/pepper maybe a small milk to amplify the stay and make cooking or making coffee a little easier. A very minor improvement though!

The room was spacious, attractive, and comfortable. I appreciated the lockers in the lobby, especially given the early check in/out fee. I would stay here again if visiting the area.

I didn't love that there was a fee for early check ins, even if the room happened to be ready early. I really disliked having to give the app my biometric data for check in purposes. I didn't have an issue with uploading my ID-that's standard-but giving the rights to biometric data gave me the ick. The building was a total maze/ the layout of the building was pretty inefficient (having to walk a long way to get to the room).

Room was good , situated in a very nice area and amenities were good. Clean and good size with all you needed in an apartment . It is in a great position to go downtown or just stay around the area .

My balcony wasn’t the best , if I booked again I would ask for a different view. And the television in the room had no channels so I was lucky I had Netflix on my phone , I would definitely take a fire stick with you if you have one . But these are only minor problems. The pool was nice but it could get very busy with groups of people.

i admired the location of the property, especially the security that is put in place for the guests such as entering a code to be able to get into the building at a certain time period during the evening times, and having to enter a code in the elevator as well in order to go onto your floor. lastly, the private parking garage that is provided to the guests is very convenient and make things go smoothly during our stay!

i feel like the apartment could be cleaned better and i wish there more towels provided as well.

Check in AND check out instructions were very good. It was easy to find the building and enter. However, when we got to our apartment the keypad battery died and wasn’t allowing us to enter the code. I was able use the Sonder app chat and they were quick to respond and and get the keypad up and running. Our apartment It was clean, the service was great and the pool was lovely. The bed and bedding were clean and extremely comfortable. I will miss that bed. I liked the big kitchen and what it has to offer (dishwasher, big fridge, a great stove and big sink. ) The location was great! A nice street to explore and close to Broadway.

We found a cockroach on the one night. We managed to handle the situation. It happened only once but it was not expected as the rest of the apartment was very clean. One more chair in the living room area would be great. The pool house didn’t have any basic place setting (cups, plates, salt & pepper) to be used in the pool house. Extra pool towels or replenish often. The pool chairs were NOT comfortable and the metal chairs get extremely hot in the Nashville weather.

Plenty of parking. Close to Vanderbilt. Very clean. Was not charged any deposit. All of our eating was in walking distance - loved that part!

A lot of feet stomping and running from what sounded like kids above our third floor apartment. The traffic noise was a lot better than our 2nd floor the night before, but we were right on the street side, both nights. A map of the rooms would have been nice to have before booking.

Excellent location and proximity to Children’s Hospital and Vanderbilt University Medical Ctr. Great place, as expected.

Parking explanation was vague and lead me to believe I had to pay for parking thru Sonder as it stated there was no parking on site. This is not true. There is public parking in the exact same garage that I parked in through Sonder and it would have been cheaper to pay for the public parking. It wasn’t much difference but I was confused during booking and just added parking. Once there I could see public access to the garage was available. But still an excellent place to stay and will gladly stay again!

Location was great, neighborhood was nice! Rooms were awesome and large living space along with a large kitchen. Loved having two bathrooms. Beds were super comfortable! A great fit for our family.

Paying for parking was a real bummer especially since the gate was wide open the entire time. Proving it was unnecessary to prepay like stated in the check in instructions. Definitely felt parking should be included when it was clearly free to anyone. The people above us must have had kids bc they were running around late into the night. Surprised by how much you hear. The giant AC for the building was also right outside our window but thankfully acted more as a sound machine than a loud noise. Very little kitchen supplies! We had to ask for a baking pan and was brought a tiny little cookie sheet. There was no can opener so that stopped our dinner (making chili). We ended up with cereal after that.

Close to the venue. It was a perfect place to stay for LLO graduation. It was a very short walk to the lawn and Peabody College. I could walk less than a mile to meet up with my friends for meals. There is a workout room and large gathering place that are both available to use. This would be great if you had multiple groups of people staying in the same place, then they could use the area as a meeting place and those who want to go back to their rooms, can.

There is really no place to easily catch an uber for the front door address. The driver had to pull around to the side of the building and then I had to find my way back to the front. The same is true for pick up, I tried to move to a place where the driver would have a easier time but the Uber app put him in a one way street going the wrong direction. The pool was closed...
