A well situated apartment very close to Nashville in a great safe area , has a village feel about the area plenty of local bars and places to eat

My only moan is that we paid for 10 night for one bedroom with a sofa bed in the lounge, the main bedroom was great but the sofa bed was worn down and broken and it was not comfortable , I reported this and within hours they supplied a blow up bed to sleep on the bed took up a large amount of the lounge making it difficult to move around, so I had to dismantle it every day , I thought this was a temporary measure but no one came to fix or replace the broken sofa bed, messing about with a bed every day is not my idea of a relaxing break and not what I paid for , it’s was a real same

Good location, central to most things. Apartment was lovely and clean and well provisioned. I was a little disappointed that it was not a 2 bed apartment [ pull out bed being second bed]

Common areas were lovely but totally unusable during the day due to lack of cover, umbrellas, Clearer instructions need upon arrival [ no key pad at front door] spent 30 minutes on the phone to a Sonder rep.[ who it transpired had never been to the building] trying to find out how to get in to building. Luckily another resident passed and explained that we should enter via underground carpark lift, which we did and so could finally start our vacation.

This is an excellent option for staying for a few days in Nashville. It is located in a very pleasant part of the city near the university and a cheap Uber ride into downtown. The apartment has everything you need including a washer/dryer machine and there is a supermarket within walking distance nearby. It is clean, spacious and a relaxing place to be as a useful counterbalance to the energy of the downtown. Overall, this facility exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend.

The only thing I would comment on is that the extra pull out bed in the living room opens up on a downward slant. It's not really possible to sleep on it. So my son ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

My son and I stayed at Sonder Belcourt for my birthday and to go to a football game. Roll Tide, but unfortunately the Tide didn't roll 😫. Super easy and convenient check in. Didnt have to see anyone. Everything was set up and sent to me via text and email and we had a door code. The field was within walking distance, less than 1 mile. After the game we went to eat and had trouble picking from all the restaurants. I will say for a Saturday night everything closed super early, but we went to Broadway, which was about 2 miles away and had a blast. We drove. I suggest taking an Uber for parking purposes. It was so close that I couldn't imagine an Uber being more than $10. I rarely write reviews, but this place deserved my time. I will definitely stay here again if I revisit the area. Absolutely Phenomenal 💯!!!

Things closed early for a Saturday. Sonder Belmont was a little expensive. I paid $315 for less than an 18 hour stay. I had requested to check in at 1400, 2 hours early, but was denied.

We liked everything. However, when we arrived we could not find the hotel. We had to ask around and then were told that it was upstairs on the third and forth floors of the building. That was fine but we should have been given more information on where it was. When we got to the parking garage beneath the hotel, the arms of the parking garage were up and therefore we could not access a ticket. We did not have a fob at this point so we had to call the 800 number on the original contract. They gave us a code for the hotel. It took us us about four times to get the elevator moving. When we got to our room we found the code for the door did not work. It took us many times before we could get the number code and then the check synced so that we could get onto our room. We did not get a fob for two days

spacious, quiet, views, quality bed and lined, very nice bathroom, excellent fully equiped kitchen with quality appliance and cooking equipment and serving plates cutlery etc. also had unlimited supply of teas and coffee and bathroom supplies. the laundry was a plus.

had difficulties with getting the tv to show normal channels that required a staff members assistance which took a few hours to correct

We loved that this was just like being at home but having accessibility to hospitals, businesses or attractions. The price of which was comprable to a hotel but the facility was way better!!! I've already been singing your praises to family and friends.

The commodes are too small. I understand style and cost but you have to consider functinality. Round commodes are great for small and young children and petite woman. Try putting a six foot man in there and you have issues. Elongated commodes are more functional for slightly larger individuals and you might have a few of them staying with you.

I stayed on the top floor and it was absolutely peaceful not a single noise. The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The location is just a little outside the city center, but it's an easy drive to get there. Having a parking garage right under the building was also very convenient. A great place for a quiet and relaxing stay in Nashville.

I absolutely love this location. The apartment was big, the balcony was awesome, and had a great view of the neighborhood! Within walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and bars. I'd stay here again

Nothing I didn't like. I would stay here again. Parking was convenient. It's passcode protected and walking distance to a lot of great places. Centrally located. Parking was $20/night so if it were included that would be awesome.

Location was excellent. There were a lot of restaurants just around the corner. Downtown Nashville was easily accessible. Parking was included and easy to deal with. I also appreciated one of the staff members staying late to make sure I could access the property after having a lot of trouble doing the mandatory online check-in. It was a Sunday, and that staff member went out of their way, which was greatly appreciated.

The place could have been cleaner - the floors were filthy and clearly hadn't been mopped clean in a while. It also could have included more towels and supplies for a week long stay. I also had a very, very challenging time getting the system to accept my ID for the pre check-in.
