The room was tidy and well-organized, with a comfortable bed and clean beddings. I appreciated the clean, well-equipped bathroom that prevented any water spillage. Ample bathing towels were provided, sufficient for my entire one-week stay.

The grab-and-go breakfast was somewhat inconvenient, particularly since we had to carry items to our rooms without any plates. Unfortunately, my colleague accidentally burned himself with hot water while in the elevator. Some staff members seemed a bit hesitant to assist when approached, so during our stay, we chose to avoid engaging with the hotel staff and instead sought alternative ways to address any needs that arose.

We had a very clean and comfortable stay. Location is convenient to Vanderbilt’s children’s hospital, the reason for our stay. Check in/out was easy. There is a small snack bar with some packages muffins, granola bars, coffee, etc for a grab n go breakfast. Parking is a little tight, but it is also free, which is a plus in this area. We did have some issues when we paid through booking.com and then were additionally charged through the hotel for our stay. However, the district manager reached out to rectify this after we had some difficulty figuring out the issue. We do plan on staying again for our upcoming hospital trips.

I liked the facilities. Kitchen was great. Only two hobs to cook with but did the job. Fridge was nice and big. Bee was very comfy. Wi-Fi and air con is very good.

Only one chair at the table. One of us had to sit on a sofa and eat by the table. It was grand though, not a problem. But it would have been nice to have two chairs for the table.

We had stayed at this locality for a month earlier when my husband had a liver transplant at Vanderbilt hospital and we needed to be close to the hospital for frequent lab & clinic visits. The hotel is only a couple miles from the hospital, near many restaurants, the staff is very friendly, the neighborhood is safe and very walkable, with friendly neighbors. We will stay there again when we need to visit the clinic again.

Great location if you have a car to get around Nashville. We also walked to midtown easily. Uber downtown in just 10 minutes. 12 south cafes and restaurants were only a 10 min drive away. I felt very safe in this location. No concerns about leaving our car in the parking lot outside. Very clean. We extended our stay two extra nights. Check out the local bar a 0.8mile walk away, for chilled vibes and local live music without the bachelorette parties downtown

The toilet ran overnight, we just turned the water tap off at the wall. I felt like it could have been a little cheaper without daily room servicing.

Very nice room, well appointed in a great part of Nashville.

I was staying for eight nights and the people above me were noisy - I asked to have my room changed twice and both times was told there was no way to change my room.

My sister in-law stayed here because she had to fly in from London, England because my father in-law was sick and passed away. My wife and I booked the room for her, and we paid for it. My mother in-law was the second guest in this room for a few nights. This hotel was perfect for our/ their needs in this difficult time. It worked out great!

I cant think of anything negative to say about this West End location.

The Vandy location was wonderful but the front desk staff was even more spectacular!!! Marcia and Justin went above and beyond. They were super friendly, helpful and attentive. I work in hospitality and all hotels need more employees like them!!

Great location, was able to park near the front door. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The bathroom fan (which was on with the light) was extremely loud. The walls between rooms must be very thin as we could hear the guy next door coughing. For $156/night we expect a hot breakfast and a place to eat it, like pretty much all other hotels in that price range.
