The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our one bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The breakfast daily was great with a bit of variety change. Maurice and Ralph the shuttle drivers were the best. Leah at the bar was lovely.

Very few gluten free options. Shuttle for general public only ran from 4 pm to 10pm. As there were 2 shuttle vans and there could be more accommodations made to take clients downtown to Broadway.

The room was clean and that is the most important thing for us. Everything was in working order which we appreciated.

The staff that checked us in looked like she had a bad day and was borderline rude. Min we ask is at least a hello and a smile. If one does not like their job, it would be better if they work somewhere else that is not customer-facing. I am sure you will be able to figure out who was working at the desk, considering we checked in on Friday between 2-3PM.

Great location for our planned activities. Very clean and quiet. Extremely comfortable bed, although pillows were kinda flat. We really liked having underground parking since we experienced some stormy weather.

The thermostat in our room was very temperamental ~ but I can't speak for other rooms. Breakfast was not that great. One morning, the fruit was all frozen (!).

The staff were absolutely amazing! Michelle at the front desk, Trish at the lobby bar....super friendly and helpful -- treated us like old friends. Rooms were spacious and had kitchenettes which (although we didn't use) was a great feature for longer term stays. Beds were very comfortable and shower had quick hot water with nice pressure. Hot breakfast every day with plenty of seating in the breakfast area was a treat, and plenty of underground parking with easy entry and exit for the rental car.

While the mattresses were super comfy, the pillows were quite flat so it would have been nicer to have better and firmer pillows. The AC in the room was a bit sporadic so it got a little warm while you were sleeping if it decided to not work for a while. And the location is excellent for anybody in the Vanderbilt / Midtown area for health service needs...but not really optimal for walking into downtown to enjoy Broadway. It's about two miles which is fine in 68 degrees and flat, not 90 degrees with some steep hills. Superb location away from the chaos of CMA Fest and Broadway as long as you have a car or willing to Uber each day.

The cost per night was a bit high. While the room was mostly clean we did find a liquor bottle top and a foam rubber football on the floor by the bed which made up feel the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. A few lights did not work such as the floor lamp and the ambient kitchen lights. The staff at check in could be friendlier.

Clean and fresh bed, well-decorated room, and a good location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville.

The walls should be more soundproofed; I could hear the guest in the adjacent room snoring at night. Additionally, the breakfast options could be improved. I arrived before 9 am, but most of the options were already gone, even though breakfast ends at 9:30 am on weekdays.

The breakfast was delicious and the place where breakfast was served was beautiful and so was our room. It was extremely clean and decorated beautifully! My husband had eye surgery and couldn't drive so the hotel was very convenient for us. It was only 4 blocks from where he had surgery. We also had a great view of the Nashville sky line from our room! Our room had a kitchenette and very comfortable sitting area and a very comfortable king bed.

It was all great! One of the best hotels we have ever visited!

This is a lovely hotel with a nice pool and great staff. The shuttle bus is great addition as it is a bit far from downtown.

The breakfast in my opinion was not good. The hot food just tasted like plastic and the waffles as well. It is a little bit for from broadway so we did end up spending a bit on Lyft and Uber to get where we wanted to go.

The breakfasts were great, lots to eat. My room didn't have a tub but the shower was clean. The shuttle was great. Want to go back and do some of the things I didn't have time for.

I tried to book an extra nights stay with event connect but was not able to. Somehow I ended up booking through Booking.com which turned out to be the biggest disaster ever. I will never use them again. Beware of Booking.com.

Great location to midtown Nashville, all staff super helpful and attentive. When our flight home was unexpectedly delayed for 5hours they allowed us to stay and use all the facilities whilst we waited. Nice buffet breakfast with good breakfast options to set you up for the day and you can take back up to your room if you wish. Rooms very comfortable and great size.
