The location was really good. They had a few computer issues which were out of their control but didn't miss a beat on customer service and taking care of everyone in a timely manner. Breakfast was wonderful and a great variety to take care of anyone's needs. Room was comfortable and spacious.

Not really anything. This is why we prefer to always stay at Hampton Inn as no matter which location we go to, the consistency is always there. Only 1 thing, all of the pods for coffee in our room was decaf, we don't do decaf. So just made early trip down and brought fresh coffee up to our room while getting packed up and ready.

The room was great and the hotel location is very good for sightseeing in downtown Nashville. I also loved being able to use the "Digital Key" as part of my Hilton Honors benefits. It was nice to go straight to our room and not having to stop at the front desk

I did not like having to pay $25 for parking our car! We stayed a few months ago at Hampton Inn Green Hills in Nashville and there was free parking. I also think there should be water available on the breakfast bar and there were no English Breakfast tea bags available for those who do not drink Coffee. There were three other types of tea but no breakfast tea.

I didn't appreciate being told I would need to pay $90 for incidentals. There was none to get. However, I was not charge. Since I had to pay for parking it would of been comforting for staff to ask what kind of car, license plate number etc. How do you know if every vehicle in the parking lot is a guest. So since I was charged $75 for 3 days of parking, we had our niece pick us up everyday to shuttle us.

Breakfast buffet was great. Room was clean except a small spot on the carpet. Large dispensers of lotion, soap, shampoo, conditioner hanging on walls were easier to use than multiple small bottles & soap bars.

Mattress was a little worn. Neighboring guest had a barking dog that I would have reported had it not quieted by 10 pm. Being a pet friendly hotel, I wonder what exactly made that spot on the carpet.

Hotel room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel was also close to some very good restaurants, especially Martin's BBQ restaurant. Great food, atmosphere, and service.

Staff was very accommodating and polite. The only thing that we didn't like was that they couldn't find our payment. We called Booking.com customer service, and they took care of the issue. We believe there was new staff at the hotel, and they had to wait for their manager to look things over. There were no problems later that evening.

This Nashville hotel is located in a great part of town. Restaurants are within walking distance. Full complimentary breakfast daily. Outside pool on premises. Parking was included. Perfect for families, couples or business travelers.

Requested a wake-up call from the front desk that never happened. Good thing we also set our phone alarm. Vent fan in bathroom didn't work. Room temperature felt humid even with air running.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, everyone was friendly. The location was good, I was able to drive to locations I came to visit easy.

The first thing I didn't like was paying for parking. The program on the tv was limited, I had brought my fire stick , and was unable to connect it. Old appliances.

The room was perfectly fine, and we picked it based on proximity to Vanderbilt admissions. The included breakfast is a nice touch and I would consider staying there again should we need to revisit the school.

There was a lot of outside noise first thing in the morning. We wanted to sleep past 8:00 AM but there was so much racket I'd say it was pretty well impossible to do so. And why housekeeping was knocking at our door about the same hour, I can't explain. We knew from reading reviews that parking costs more, but it would be nice if they were more up front about that.

we were visiting Vanderbilt indoor track, so location was great. also check out till 12pm was nice

had to set the ac/heat to 75F in order for it to stop blowing cold air. Seemed like only AC was being offered. Not sure what was wrong. But the room was too cold at first.

Staff was very personable and helpful.

The $25/night parking fee. I have never had to pay for parking before at a Hampton Inn. The bathtub had several large chips out of it which needs to be repaired. It made the tub look dirty.
