Friendly and helpful front desk on arrival. Room was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed. Good location as I was there for health care related visits at nearby Vanderbilt Eye Center.

Close to the Parthenon and Centennial Park. Like, really close. That is a nice park to just walk around and enjoy the weather, and the Parthenon is amazing! Also very close to a good little southern meat and three restaurant named Swetts that I highly recommend. Location for the hotel is all around great.

The parking situation was cramped. It's a spacing thing and a minor thing, but if I were to change anything it would be that.

The staff was very kind, everything was clean in and outside of the hotel room.

Absolutely loved the property and the staff, they were all very courteous and upmost helpful!!! We even door dashed food and the gentlemen at the first desk offered to deliver it to our room. Exceptional service and the room was one of the cleanest I have ever seen!!!! I will absolutely be staying here again!!!

The location was perfect for the event we were attending in town. The hotel was beautiful and clean- very modern, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious

There were a lot of "inconveniences" (I believe because the hotel itself is new). For example, the fire alarm kept coming on randomly and during one instance, it stayed on for 15mins straight, so we weren't allowed to use the elevators and doors in the halls automatically closed on us. The TV's are hard to navigate, like the remotes don't work at all. Our daughters couldn't watch the TV in their room the 2 days we were there. And even though the rooms were at a decent temperature, the air conditioner kept coming on and the Power button did not turn it off. We traveled in December, so there was no need for air conditioning.

I like the location and the friendly staff upon arrival. It is convenient with underground parking. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and I had one with the city view. Great free breakfast each morning and fresh coffee/tea/cocoa available all day. I have stayed there twice for business at Vanderbilt University and will be staying there again in the future.

I really can't think of any negatives. It fit my needs and added a pleasant stay to an otherwise not such a great reason to be in Nashville.

Breakfast was great! Only recommendation would be to add an additional waffle station! Roger, at the front dest, was super personable, friendly and helpful! He provided great information about the area and recommended The Local for GREAT food, drinks and live music!!! Definitely give this spot and the nachos a try! The live music on Sunday night was amazing...and they took requests for crowd favorites! The room was super clean and comfortable and we loved the body wash, shampoo and conditioner that was provided in the beautiful (and roomy) shower! Safe and convenient parking garage!!

Easily the best hotel experience we have had in a long while. As always, the people make the difference and this experience was no different. The location is sketchy on the outside; however, the security is excellent, with a secure parking garage and room key access to the building and elevator.

Actually, nothing as far as the property itself and the accommodations. As with all urban areas these days, the surroundings leave much to be desired but that is, in no way, a reflection of the property. Bottom line, we felt safe once in the secure garage and definitely inside the building.

Location was close to downtown. Good breakfast, friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice hot shower. Updated rooms. Pet friendly. Park across the street.

No trash bags in room trash cans. Large homeless community on and around the property which was a little unsettling at night when entering the hotel but didn't have any problems.
