The room was so big and spacious. Friendly staff. Location was perfect. Easy parking. Late check out. Breakfast included with stay was good.

Lots of unsavory people around the area. I had a prostitute try to solicit me after a man attempted to rob me just moments before. Security at the hotel valet kept the man from further approaching. Parking should be included with the stay for the rate that you pay. I’ve stayed with Marriott in much more affluent areas and not had to pay for hotel property parking. Lobby staff was so so. They were friendly but appeared to be lost at their job other than with Check-in. Overall the hotel was great but due to location and surrounding environment I would not stay there again.

Perfect area for pretty much anything.. quick Ubers to pretty much anywhere and valet parking with the nicest staff. Rooms had mini kitchens with a full sized fridge and every dish you would need to reheat some leftover Nashville grub in the microwave or stovetop. The bar was perfect to grab a quick cocktail or local craft beer before heading out on the town. The bed was extremely comfortable with enough extra bedding in the closet to suffice the slow but sure a/c unit. Overall it was a great experience.

The a/c was pretty slow to get cool in the room but eventually cooled down enough to age meat in. And if the breakfast stayed open a bit longer it would’ve been nicer. Didn’t catch any of that.

It was clean. Staff was friendly. Room was nice. Breakfast was included, though not very kid friendly.

The parking situation was not at all what I expected. You have to pay to park everywhere near downtown even at the hotel. The valet attendant told us it was $40 a day to park in their fenced in garage that belonged to the hotel or we could park in the gravel lot ourselves. He did not claim to know how much the gravel lot was and he wasn't too clear when explaining where it was located. We were exasperated and ended up parking with valet since we had a lot of stuff and needed a cart to transport our family's things. There were some homeless people loitering nearby also, so that was another reason we wanted to park in the hotel's lot. They did retrieve our car for us in a timely manner.

The hotel is very nice and the personnel too. They were very helpful and arranging. The room was spacious and practical. They also offered promotions with Lyft to move around the city, really appreciated.

The staff could.not have neen kinder. 👍👍👍👍We missed breakfast, (slept later than norm) BF goes until 0900, slept until 9.15. The OTC coffee was AWFUL ,like mud! 🤮 PLEASE KEEP THE COFFEE FRESH! The room was large and VERY clean with a delightf cleaner who appreciated the recognition and a THANK YOU more than any $$$ tip we could offer her. Nice hotel that tries VERY hard to please. I would.stay again.

The coffee could.have been fresher for us late sleepers! It is Nashvillee after all!

The room was comfortable and clean. We stayed for 4 nights and cleaning only happens every 3rd day. In our case, we didn’t bother asking them to make up our room, but they dropped off fresh towels and additional toilet paper mid-stay. We are about a 20-min walk from downtown but the hotel is still close enough without being in the middle of the mayhem. Plus the hotel provides a Lyft discount code of $5 off 2 rides daily which makes getting around to other neighborhoods nice. And right off the breakfast room, they have a water dispenser to fill up water bottles. Love that!

I’m not sure if my standards are just high, but the breakfast is not as good as others have mentioned. Maybe I just don’t care for American continental. The best things to eat were not loaded with sugar, simple carbs, or wrapped in plastic aka processed. Would have been ok with the buffet scrambled eggs but they had a plastic texture. lol. The coffee was decent, offered oat milk, and love that’s it’s available all day.

The Location, breakfast, and staff were all great. We were in town for the Drake concert an this location was a perfect distance from the downtown area, walking driving, My wife and I spent time walking and utilizing ride share from downtown to this hotel and never got stuck in traffic or walked for very long. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Nashville.

The room that was initially booked through booking.com for a city view was not available upon our initial arrival and we had to substitute for a room on the other side that did not provide as great of a view that was similar to out initial choice.

Excellent facility, Very clean and new building. The food I ordered from the bar was good. We ate on the balcony looking at the downtown skyline and enjoyed our time there. Breakfast buffet was good and adequately filled with decent breakfast foods. Valets and front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Not sure how the person that tried sleeping in the lobby got there past the valets, but staff had it under control. $40.00 dollars for one night of valet parking was steep and then be provided a link to tip the valets, where only a minimum of $5.00 tip could be provided and the app charges a$1.65 on top of the tip. WTF? Bartender must have been having a less than good day. Gonna have to work on the customer interaction there a little. Smiles go a long way.

We loved this hotel! First thing though, there aren’t any signs telling you the check in desk is on the 5th floor. A bit confusing until another stayer informed us as he came off the elevator. Loved how the bar, desk and breakfast for all close together! The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced!

The area where Uber and valet came together were backed up a couple times. Our Uber had to back out onto a busy street as did the Uber before ours
