Full breakfast bar and it was really good! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great location in the heart of downtown and the staff was exceptional!

I was surprised that parking was an additional $40 but the upside is that it is a huge garage and you do not have to use valet so you can come and go with ease.

Comfortable and affordable hotel for visiting Nashville. Large clean rooms, large bathroom, very comfortable bed. Decent complimentary buffet breakfast and public spaces to lounge or visit. Also has a rooftop bar with a nice view of the skyline.

Slightly out of the center. Although it's very close to the capitol area, it's at least a 20-25 minute walk to most of the central downtown attractions. This didn't bother me because I like to walk, but if you want to be in the center of things this might be a little too far away. If you have a car or take Ubers it's not a problem.

+ great rooftop with a swimming pool and seating areas with garden fireplaces - also from the rooftop you have a good cityview + good location, 30min on foot to Broadway Street + nice and modern room + big, clean and modern bathroom + nice, spacious lobby and breakfast area with big windows - it looked really good (breakfast was like in other hotels - nothing special)

- there should be more places to eat breakfast - in the morning there was a lot of people and we had to eat breakfast far away from the breakfast area - view from our room wasn’t the best because it was for a parking lot

Facility was very clean and up to date. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. I enjoyed the 24 hour coffee bar, gym access and breakfast was more than sufficient. Location was not as close to Broadway as I had hoped. I recommend using an Uber. Overall, good value and very pleasant stay.

I thought the hotel would be a little closer to Broadway/Music Row. Driving to Broadway was not a good idea and a mile walk does not seem terribly long. However, it was cold and rainy and there was construction taking place on the streets, so the walk was not direct. Recommend Ubering if you stat at this location. As far as our room, it was clean and up to date. We had a double room with two queen beds, but the beds seemed smaller than queen.

Loved the hotel room and the property in general. The room was very nice and very clean. Staff were friendly during check-in and check-out, no issues whatsoever. They greeted you everytime you entered and exited the building. Bed was comfortable, amenities were clean and everything worked. Nice that they give you complimentary water when checking in. Nice and quiet location with a few good options and grocery store in walking distance; other locations aren't too far away with uber/lyft. Nice overall experience for the first time in Nashville!

The only thing I didn't like was that the view from our 3rd floor window was that of the parking garage, lol. But the room itself was very nice, it was very quiet and relaxing where we were.

The breakfast was ok.

Wasn't happy about location, nothing really nearby, only three restaurants to choose from, two were actually open. We were looking for a drug store just to get some waters and snacks since the hotel charged more for those necessities and there was nothing in sight. They told us about Publix, not sure if that's what it is, but we walked there and looked like a parking garage. Very desolate area. Also, as for the room itself, didn't like the bathroom, no air vent/fan, the shower sprays were difficult to maneuver, and water went everywhere every time we took showers.

This is a spotlessly clean hotel. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The room was larger than I imagined. The bed was really comfy. I appreciated the large bathroom/shower. In the 10 days I spent in various locations in the US this was probably the best hotel I stayed in. I would definitely return.

I think a little more could be done with the recycling at breakfast. Even if most of the cups etc were recyclable everything ended up in the one bin... food, plastic, paper. For Europeans this is not normal.

Great location. We love to walk and were able to walk to local attractions, parks and great dining. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

We were not pleased with breakfast on our second morning. We went to breakfast at 8:30 and the warm dishes of eggs, potatoes and meat were very low. My husband had the last of the eggs and I said I would wait for fresh eggs. It was over 15 minutes before any new eggs came out. By that time, the potato and meat were all gone. Folks were lined up and waiting or setting for something else to eat. The food was not well managed at all this day. There were certainly other options to eat, waffles, oatmeal, breads and fruit. It was just frustrating to hear the staff say the protein was coming soon and it took so long this day.

The breakfast was not very good, but it was free! Coffee was important to me and it was not good at all, however I did appreciate the flavored cream! The pool was great!

The breakfast was cold. The room was small. The towels were not very abundant, I was traveling with three other woman so we definitely needed more towels. Our sink handle kept falling off and we had to call on the toilet seat to be tightened. The staff came and fixed it right away and delivered our towels right away also. I also booked the wrong location, I thought we were closer to Broadway. This caused a large uber bill! Good hotel, lacked any sort of wow factor.

Very new,modern, tip top, good room, breakfast good.

Some of the staff were less than helpful. It took at least half an hour to walk to the main tourist area. Looks closer on the map. We were told it's unsafe in part of the areas we had to walk through and were encouraged to go by taxi which were not cheap over the weekend. We like to walk around and chose the hotel accordingly.
