The breakfast area was bright and clean - the food was plentiful and as expected - much attention paid to the breakfast replenishment. The room had kitchenette - which we didn't use - but had we driven by car we definately would have used. The area was nice, and great for walking to Titans Stadium. Very convenient for picking up City Tour bus as well. Very updated, clean and bright. Valet was good. The staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. The workout room was well appointed.

I didn't like the parking situation - therefore we only rented a car for one day to do touring outside of Nashville.

The breakfast was pretty good each morning. The location of this hotel was great being as where I needed to go was literally just diagonal across the street from the hotel.

I kind of wish they would have changed the menu for breakfast each morning instead of the same thing each morning. I do wish the bed as had been a little more comfortable, when first looking at that I thought they looked pretty comfortable, but once you actually slept on them they weren't the greatest on the back.

The property was very nice and the rooms were very large. The bed was comfortable. It has a nice little cafe attached to the lobby. The breakfast was really good! One of the best omelets I’ve had.

You have to pay to park. A trend I’ve noticed among most hotels is the inability to park you own car and only having the option to valet and be charged a nightly fee. That’s the case for this hotel. There is a parking lot beside the hotel that you can self park. It doesn’t cost much less than the valet and doesn’t look as safe. The second thing I had an issue with is during checkout I was told I owed $4 more dollars for my stay. Which I mean $4 is nothing but she couldn’t tell me what the charge was for and only said “that’s what you owe for your stay.” So do that not honor the price on Booking? It was very odd but overall great hotel.

My stay at the TownPlace Suites was unexpected after I had to evacuate my apartment, but the staff here made the entire experience so much better. From answering my questions, to giving my Golden treats (and lots of love!) this was the highlight of our stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and location is very accessible to a great part of town.

The location was awesome for the concert. Ashley at the front desk was incredible. Very welcoming and sweet, extremely helpful as well. The room having stove, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, full fridge etc., was wonderful.

The pillows in the room suck. They're those feather ones with zero support. Bring your own if you can. Water pressure in shower is not the strongest

Room was nice. Cleaning staff did a great job. Breakfast was nice. Very good live music in lounge.

No response from management on 45 min+ delay getting into our room. We were just one of several couples waiting. Why no live music on Fridays and Saturdays? Staff not informed when lounge was closed for private party?

Centrally located to downtown and Nissan Stadium where our concert was. There were 2 incredibly friendly and kind ladies at the front reception area. They gave us excellent food recommendations and always greeted us warmly when we arrived back at the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality and recommendation to go to Monell’s.

Great location as it's only a 10-15 minute walk to Broadway, but in a very quiet area. Very friendly staff and very, very clean hotel. Good breakfast, good sized room with kitchenette and nice bathroom and decor. Rooftop bar and restaurant, Zeppelin is fun and serves creative drinks. Also has good gym. Rooms seem to be pretty soundproof too. Would stay here next time to Nashville.

Our "city view" room wasn't really that great a view but we didn't ask for a change so as to not waste any time.

Really nice place to stay and staff was super friendly, have a restaurant and bar area on site that was very good and the free breakfast is good as well, good location to walk 3-4 blocks to the main strip where all the action is, would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends.

No complaints from us.

The team was extremely personable and attentive. The facilities and room were very clean. This was an exceptionally convenient location close to restaurants and the Municipal Auditorium.

My vehicle is a manual no one on the valet staff were able to drive a stick so I had to park and retrieve me own vehicle. I really didn’t mind handling my own car but I was still charged the $38 valet fee. I don’t feel as though I should’ve been charged this fee just to use the parking lot. Also, the Moonshot coffee bar attached to the hotel is a little overpriced for the product and service but I don’t know if they are affiliated with the hotel or independent. Either way, I won’t be deterred from booking again for either points.
