Lovely, big room with a very comfortable bed. Nice decor Loved having a little sofa area. The bathroom was nice and spacious. Very nice and friendly staff Beautiful lobby and restaurant area Breakfast being included in the booking Location - it was so easy to walk everywhere Live music in the restaurant area Being able to store our luggage while making the most out our last day in Nashville Overall - great value for money and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Nashville

The view from the room was terrible, but then I guess you're not in Nashville to sit and look out the window anyway The breakfast menu was pretty limited. We had hoped for some more options and perhaps a buffet style area with cereals etc in addition to the cooked breakfast options The air con in the room was so noisy that we couldn't have it on at night or it'd keep us awake Having to leave

Location was great, right around the corner from Printer's alley and not too far of a walk to lower Broadway. The hotel was quiet and very comfortable. I loved the art decor touches throughout. Our room was large with plenty of storage, the bed and pillows very comfortable, good black out curtains. The bathroom was also large, good water pressure and room for your toiletries. The breakfast at the hotel was yummy

The hotel at first did not want to honor my breakfast which was included with my rate but after I showed them my booking, they honored it. Apparently, there is missed communication between the hotel and booking.com

The location of the hotel was great! We were attending Metallica at Nissan Stadium - and it was maybe a 10 minute walk - straight from the hotel right there.. super easy! It is a short walk to Broadway, but still far enough away if you want a little more 'quiet' time! The rooms were modern, fun and a good size and everything was sparkling clean. The food on offer (we had a late lunch and also had breakfast there) was DELICIOUS!! and the staff that attended to us, namely Andrea and there was also a waitperson also (but didn't get her name :(, she did have red hair though! ) that was truly wonderful! They made our stay extra special with the attentiveness they gave us!

We loved our stay! Check-in was easy and efficient, and the staff were welcoming and friendly (special shoutout to Heather!). The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was great - large with a wonderful walk-in shower and excellent water pressure, and we appreciated the provided toiletries (large bottles with a pleasant scent). The hotel design was a welcome change from the usual sterile hotel foyers - it had character and charm. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily enjoy Nashville's downtown on foot (didn't have to take the car out of parking for the duration of our stay - we used the valet parking). Finally, the breakfast. One of the best breakfasts we've had - well worth the money! Get the biscuits and gravy or the Nashville bowl - and come hungry. Huge portions of delicious food. Coffee was good too.

Sockets on the nightstand were quite loose so we couldn't use them to charge our phones. A very minor problem though as there were other outlets available. No other critiques!

This hotel was in a great location for us for the Nissan Stadium for the CMA Fest. The staff were very friendly but I had an issue getting an invoice from them. They did eventually send me the invoice via email. The breakfasts were really nice but decaf coffee was an issue they had it the first couple of days but then not for the rest of our stay.

I think it is overpriced for what it is. There was construction work going on when we were there with them testing the fire alarm over and over again.

The breakfast being provided was enjoyable. The room was clean and enjoyable. And the music was great.

The valet service was severely overpriced. Just to park our vehicle added an extra $180 which we did not anticipate and should be made a disclaimer. The valet also did not help us with any of our luggage. They watched us as we got all our bags out and put it on the trolley. For the prices we paid, we would expect a bit more or at least someone with the hotel to help at the greeting.

Can’t say enough good things about the staff! Super friendly. Heather gave us a warm welcome at the desk and throughout our stay she was always ready to help. Brittany always started our mornings off right with her light up the room smile, amazing friendly energy serving our delicious breakfast and coffee. Lobby and bar/restaurant atmosphere were very cozy. Bed very comfortable with lots off extra perfect pillows Location is excellent. Can walk pretty much anywhere. Right in the heart of the music.

It is an old hotel. However, it is in the process of renovating:)

Great breakfast! Newly refurbished rooms. Great bathroom. Location - easy walk to Broadway. The building is currently undergoing construction, and therefore the lifts were a bit slow, but that was the only inconvenience - not a negative, but worth mentioning.

The only lighting in the room were two lamps. With dark walls, the room always seemed dark. Although we had three windows in the room, the curtains did not have privacy sheers, so when open you could look directly into other buildings, therefore we kept the curtains closed.

This property is absolutely beautiful. It manages to have a cozy and elegant feel. It’s in a perfect location, within walking distance of my favorite spots. My favorite thing about the Hotel Indigo, however is the staff. Every single interaction I had with the staff was exemplary. They were so friendly and made us feel so welcome, even remembering details about our stay and asking how we enjoyed our experiences. I will return to this hotel every time!

Nothing.

Check-in a breeze with Heather, she was extremely accommodating and helpful. Very professional, a credit to the property.

Renovations occurring, a construction bin blocked 90% of the entrance. We had to circle until valet park was located and available. Extremely inconvenient with all of the one ways in downtown Nashville. Unfortunately we were not made aware of the situation. The bin was still there the next morning during check-out time, however it was clear from the construction crew which was an added obstruction at the time of check-in.
