We loved our stay! Check-in was easy and efficient, and the staff were welcoming and friendly (special shoutout to Heather!). The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds. The bathroom was great - large with a wonderful walk-in shower and excellent water pressure, and we appreciated the provided toiletries (large bottles with a pleasant scent). The hotel design was a welcome change from the usual sterile hotel foyers - it had character and charm. The location was excellent, allowing us to easily enjoy Nashville's downtown on foot (didn't have to take the car out of parking for the duration of our stay - we used the valet parking). Finally, the breakfast. One of the best breakfasts we've had - well worth the money! Get the biscuits and gravy or the Nashville bowl - and come hungry. Huge portions of delicious food. Coffee was good too.

Sockets on the nightstand were quite loose so we couldn't use them to charge our phones. A very minor problem though as there were other outlets available. No other critiques!

Can’t say enough good things about the staff! Super friendly. Heather gave us a warm welcome at the desk and throughout our stay she was always ready to help. Brittany always started our mornings off right with her light up the room smile, amazing friendly energy serving our delicious breakfast and coffee. Lobby and bar/restaurant atmosphere were very cozy. Bed very comfortable with lots off extra perfect pillows Location is excellent. Can walk pretty much anywhere. Right in the heart of the music.

Great breakfast! Newly refurbished rooms. Great bathroom. Location - easy walk to Broadway. The building is currently undergoing construction, and therefore the lifts were a bit slow, but that was the only inconvenience - not a negative, but worth mentioning.

The only lighting in the room were two lamps. With dark walls, the room always seemed dark. Although we had three windows in the room, the curtains did not have privacy sheers, so when open you could look directly into other buildings, therefore we kept the curtains closed.

Check-in a breeze with Heather, she was extremely accommodating and helpful. Very professional, a credit to the property.

Renovations occurring, a construction bin blocked 90% of the entrance. We had to circle until valet park was located and available. Extremely inconvenient with all of the one ways in downtown Nashville. Unfortunately we were not made aware of the situation. The bin was still there the next morning during check-out time, however it was clear from the construction crew which was an added obstruction at the time of check-in.

In general, we were all very pleased with accommodations. I was celebrating daughter-s 21st birthday with family. Hotel was very clean, rooms quiet, great walking distance to all bars, and we managed to find cheap parking off-site. Staff were helpful too. We would all stay here again.

We were in a nice big room but it had the handicap shower, which meant easy entrance/low lip, so after my son managed to soak bathroom floor after shower, the rest of us were more careful and kept floor dry. Maybe a shower curtain could have helped. That was only thing.

Every employee at Hotel Indigo was exceptionally friendly and professional! Our bed was very comfy and the location was incredible! Printer's Alley was right around the corner!!! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Jessica at the front desk and she was an outstanding representative of the hotel. Jessica provided a great first impression of Hotel Indigo. We cannot say enough about two waitresses in the hotel. There were 6 people in our group so there were a lot of orders to take, etc. Brittany and Lea greeted us each morning with a smile and coffee... our days always started on a positive note and they provided outstanding service. We felt like we were family. They were excellent representatives of southern hospitality and your hotel!

We do not have any complaints. We were left with a very positive impression.

excellent hotel for location to everything CMA Fest. within walking distance to Nissan Stadium, Broadway and Printers Alley. lots of food choices and bars around it too but if you didn’t want yo wander the hotel has its own nice restaurant bar with live music. Staff were friendly and helpful with a special mention to the valet and the bar staff.

We couldn’t fault it. Price was little more than we would expect to pay normally however it was CMA Fest and everywhere had a higher price tag. I would pay it again for the location.

Wasn't told about self parking. ,, was told by valet that , that was only option hotel had, "valet" parking .. After seeing hotel parking across the street for 28 a day , compared to valet parking at 50 a day we took that option ..seems they were not willing to share that info . so they could make more money and or receive a tip each time they retrieved our vehicle

Very cool hotel. Loved the whole vibe and history. Valet was very nice. Front desk staff was very helpful. Room was very big.

Mirror in bathroom is not for short people. Hard to do your hair when you can’t see. Need a plug closer to the closet would help with getting ready/doing hair. Since the hotel is older, it’s not very soundproof. You can hear sounds from the street.

It was close to Broadway... and was not hard to get to. Front desk was always nice, the waitress was cheerful and sufficient..

The parking itself was not very well descriptive on booking or their site.. Using Valet is $55 a day/night.. Must be careful which garages you use if parking on your own.
