Location was perfect. The pool and hot tub were great. The free breakfast was good. The lobby was adorable. The staff was great and responsive to texts through app about towel refresh. Room was huge beds were comfy. Big closet for suitcases and additional changing area perfect for girls trip. 5 min walk to Broadway. 2 to the moonshine place. 15 to the gulch. 10 min ride to airport. The gym was also great. 2 Pelton’s, 2 rowers, 5 or 6 treadmills, 2 ellipticals some weight machines and some free weights and balls. Nice gym towels and headphones for those who need. Gym had view of pool. We really loved this place

The bathroom door was a slider with non see through glass it could be a little annoying to go to bathroom while everyone else was sleeping only bc the door banged a little on the track it not because of bathroom noises

the facilities were clean, and we felt very comfy in our room. The breakfast was great, and the location couldn't be better. The parking was easy, and the parking staff was very friendly. We loved the pool and hot tub too!

The ONLY reason I didn't give this a 10/10 was because it's located in such a central location, the noise can be a little much. We stayed on a lower floor so we could hear a good bit of noise well into the night (we're early to bed kind of people haha). with a sound machine and the AC fan up high, we were still able to fall asleep though!

I liked the location and the room. The bed was comfy and room was clean.

I didn’t like that the check in was on the 6th floor. I also didn’t like how crowded breakfast was and there were not many places to sit. I also didn’t like that upon entering the valet area to get to the elevator, a homeless man, whom I thought initially was a hotel worker got on the elevator with us. He proceeded to ask me to press floor 9 for him luckily I didn’t have my room card handy and my husband and I were going to the 6th floor (check in area to get some water) as we stepped out of the elevator the man yelled because he wasn’t able to get up to the 9th floor. I felt a little unsafe at that moment

The property was in close proximity to Broadway and the Gulch within walking distance. It’s a beautiful hotel, staff were very nice and helpful. The rooftop bar had an amazing view, good food, and drinks. The pool and hot tub were great as well.

I would have liked having a vending machine in the floor we were on mainly for water. Or have water bottles in the room and charge guests if they drink them! It seemed water was hard to come by within that vicinity, no quick marts.

We love Springhill suites in general. The room size is really nice. We travel a lot for work and to have that extra room to work and not have my to work around another person is great. The rooms are always clean. The downtown located was perfect to visit broadway and the country music scene. The gentleman that checked us in was great giving us information about the hotel.

I called in advance to find about parking our Sprinter Van and would it accommodate the height. This was not the case and even if it had the larger parking was already taken so we have to park our van across the street and pay to park. That was a pain because the first night it would only allow us to pay for 12 hours so I had to set an alarm and wake up at 4 in the morning to pay again for the parking so we wouldn’t have a boot on our tire. After the first night it did allow us to pay for 24 hours ;however, I still had to wake up at 4 in the morning to pay for another night.

Great location - two blocks away from everything! Happy and ready to help staff.

Housekeeping. The main problem with my stay was housekeeping. I didn't know I had to request to have my room cleaned and change towels. We left in the morning for a day, came back to our room in the evening and found wet towels still laying on the floor. When asked about it, they told us we had to request housekeeping. I had this feeling that when you have Marriott next to your (hotel) name certain things should come standard, without asking.

I love the interior design. Rooms are comfortable and design with taste. I love the staff. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Whether a front desk staff, cleaning staff, all great people. Super impressed with valet service. Every single person working as valet at the hotel is outstanding. Great work guys.

Cleaning needs some improvement. It might be that I’m very partial about it. I work in cleaning industry. I own commercial/residential cleaning services business and I saw some misses here and there. It might not be a staff fault. It might be do to their training, time for them to clean the room and equipment they are using.

Large rooms, well maintained, comfortable beds. Appreciated having breakfast included and on site, but would appreciate real cream for coffee. Pretty good variety. Entire facility was super clean. The staff was very friendly.

Lots of noise from hallway. Guest doors or stairway door (we were at the end of the hall) and rattling sounds. We were not near elevators but they were particularly loud-Ask for room away.

I liked the valet parking and being able to go to the pool and bar. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable.

Couldn’t really sleep because I could hear everything outside. Next time will ask if we could move to a higher floor. Nobody came and got our towels after the first night so I had to ask for more the 2nd night. Not all of the channels on the tv were working right so couldn’t really enjoy watching tv.

Proximity to Broadway and all the other things to see & do. Friendly staff. Decent complimentary breakfast.

The concierge asked if we wanted room service and when we would like them to come. We specifically said between 12-3pm as we would most likely be out and about. Room service never came on Saturday and then came at 9 am on Sunday/Monday.
