Three of us in one room, and it did not feel crowded at all. Good lighting, and lots of space to spread our things out and still have it not feel cluttered. I particularly loved the full kitchen as I don't like to eat out too often when I travel. Excellent location. This hotel was surprisingly quiet considering how loud it is in general downtown! The breakfast had a lot of options and was excellent. Highly recommend!

The pool was incredibly crowded to the point where we decided not to even go to it, but that's not the hotel fault. It was 100° the weekend we were in Nashville. I wish the breakfast offered a sugar-free yogurt option.

The location is great! Look for the bicycles to take you and friends to Broadway and back. They seat 6. I loved that the hotel surprised me with a gift basket for my 50th birthday! The only thing I could recommend is the fragrance they are using in the lobby is bad on people with allergies and autoimmune issues. The smell is great but it made a few of us have migraines and allergies .

We loved central location, which was very close to Broadway and other attractions like Music Hall of fame etc. The area felt safe. Hotel room had two separate rooms- bedroom and kitchen/living room area, both very spacious. Breakfast was included in the price and it was lovely. Good choice of warm food. We loved the waffles on a weekend, shame these were not available during the week as it made our day! Pool was great and staff friendly. Nothing to complain about really.

This trip was amazing and we will remember it for the rest of our lives. I proposed to my girlfriend now my fiancée on Broadway at the fountain on Friday night and leading up to it couldn't have been better. When we arrived at the hotel and got to our room everything from the flowers the meat and cheese tray and the balloons that I had bought was just awesome. Thank you very much from a very happy couple you guys were amazing and we appreciate everything and everyone involved to make this trip extra special. We will be back and without a doubt we will be staying here again.

Loved my room! Comfortable bed, high windows with a city view, really nice shower room. The breakfast buffet was amazing! So much variety and you can take away to eat in your room. Lots of towels provided too and if you want room service just let reception know. TV had you tube to watch. Pool was nice and a lively bar/restaurant if you want it and also the gym facility was great. Very central so can easily walk to the action but away from the main strip.

Lifts could take ages and sometimes queue. Quite expensive.

Location, good breakfast included, comfortable room and bed, nice hotel facilities, friendly and helpful staff

Parking is definitely expensive - although I’m sure it’s the same at all downtown hotels. Wish I had researched a little harder and parked in one of the nearby lots for less. If travelers are only interested in seeing what’s downtown, they can literally park on arrival and never move the car again until they leave.

Cleanliness, location, pool area, breakfast, room

Prior to checking in my credit card was charged for the stay of 3 nights, which was fine. But on the 2nd day of my stay I was charged an additional $300.00 that I was not made aware of for “incidentals”. I had to go to the check in desk to inquire about this charge and was told I would be refunded upon checking out but will take 5 to 7 business days to release. I would have appreciated it if someone had told me that upon checking in.

Staff was excellent and was close to the things we wanted to do

The breakfast was the same thing everyday. Would be better if they changed up sausage and scrambled eggs to bacon and another type of eggs and add hash browns/ potato

It had a nice pool area for a downtown area. And the free breakfast was also very good.

The drinks at the pool area are extremely expensive. And you aren't allowed to bring your own 😉. And the breakfast buffet cut off time on weekdays is 930 which seems a little early to me. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

I love the location! staff are nice. Breakfast is good but we were served a chocolate milk that expires on the same day. Also, there was only one waffle maker so there was a long line for it. Bed is very comfy but pillows are so soft that my head gets buried on them. I love that there’s kitchen too.

No toilet amenities but only shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No slippers nor bottled water. The valet is a third party they said. Our car is new but it was scratched when we got it the next day. Manager said it was not from them but it was not from us either. Not really happy with that. I hope next time we just have an option on parking our car for ourselves instead of having a valet parking for the hotel.
