It was clean and comfortable. Not too far from downtown. The receptionist was nice and check in/ out no hassle.

The breakfast should be extended until 10am and no hot milk . Parking a bit expensive $ 35 per night.

I like the variety of breakfast,the bed and pillows are comfy

Ordered from the restaurant downstairs taco meat was cold😩.. the pool has absolutely to much chlorine in it I couldn't sit at the pool due to my eyes burning... Kids got in an got back out water burning their eyes an it's salty tasting when the water got in their mouth

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very good, a selection of hot and cold food. 20 minutes to walk into the city centre..Room was a lovely size.

If your room is on the side of the freeway, it is quite noisy due to road noise. There is a lot of building works opposite due to the new stadium being built ready for 2027.

We love this property. It was clean and spacious. A lot of employees cleaning. It was fantastic

The only thing we didn’t like was the website said heated pool and it wasn’t.

The parking was off the street and it was monitored, and restricted. Could have been a little roomier. Very tight for door dings, and to turn in and out of with a larger vehicle. The distance to Broadway was both close, and yet far enough away. The front desk staff was wonderful, the bar staff/restaurant staff not so much. When I read restaurant I mistook it to mean a restaurant, not a bar with food. The wings and salad were good. The black mold in the corners of the shower could have used a good cleaning, and the bubbling wall paper by the A/C unit was in need of some maintenance. The two TV's was a great touch, and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've been in, forever.

Hallways were very hot and sweaty. Smelled damp and musty. Elevator was slow and not very well ventilated. Lot's of sweaty people stuffed into it, with BO, beer breath, and open beers in hand.

The staff was so friendly 😁 went above and beyond to help our family! Easy walk to Broadway across the pedestrian bridge 😁

Clean Hotel. All Staff very friendly and courteous including valet Alex and Nico. Free Hot Breakfast- staff kept food stocked and clean. There was also a restaurant in hotel but we didn't eat there. Hotel across from construction of new nissan stadium we didn't hear any construction noises. 1.5 miles from Downtown Broadway. Loved that we had unlimited parking each day. Refrigerator and microwave in room. We would stay again.

There needs to be a system to communicate having room serviced at a different time. Some guest sleep in and would prefer a later time for service like 11 am.

We have been to this hotel 2x when we go to Nashville. The entire staff are fantastic, especially the front desk. Our rooms were clean and the staff were just as nice. Breakfast times, 6am-9am weren't convenient. Especially when you're out late on Broadway. LOL Wished it could be extended to at least 11am. LOL... Also, the construction of the stadium isn't great but it was extremely interesting to watch these men work on the new stadium. Thanks for the fun stay. :)

The breakfast times weren't great. When you are out late on Broadway you don't want to get up at 6am-9am to get breakfast. Maybe change the time to at least 11am. Also, charging for parking is not fair at all.

The front desk & breakfast staff were down to earth & personable.

The bed was low & not comfortable. The sheets particular smell, they were washed but it didn't have a fresh scent. The room upon entry smelled like someone or a dog urinated on the carpet, they cleaning staff tried to clean it but didn't do a good job so it was a musky urine smell that never went away in that particular spot. The body wash came in mini size contact containers that wasn't even for one person let alone two.

great breakfast and constant coffee and tea available all day and night we had a meal one evening and all 5 of us really enjoyed it as we didnt wanna go out and if your into walking it's about a 15 to 20 minutes brisk walking pace to the town and strip left out the hotel at lights turn right and follow the road into town and enjoy if driving watch out for CARPARK SCAMMERS after 6pm it's free parking on the roads around the town have a great time we did 😀

just a little cleaner in the rooms ours was 1120 and there was afew cobwebs and dust on some things that was all really nothing to bad
