It was clean and comfortable. Not too far from downtown. The receptionist was nice and check in/ out no hassle.

The breakfast should be extended until 10am and no hot milk . Parking a bit expensive $ 35 per night.

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was very good, a selection of hot and cold food. 20 minutes to walk into the city centre..Room was a lovely size.

If your room is on the side of the freeway, it is quite noisy due to road noise. There is a lot of building works opposite due to the new stadium being built ready for 2027.

Location was good. Less than a mile walking distance to downtown. The hot breakfast was really good, a lot of variety. Great location if you are attending a titans game.

Location of our room was on the interstate side of building. Very noisy. I would stay here again but request to be on other side of building.

Had dinner at the Hotel, burger was Delicious. Included large selection for breakfast and good. Location was perfect for us traveling on Rt 24. 10th floor sky view was Awesome watching the new Nissan stadium being built.

House keeping didn't clean the bathroom properly. Washcloth left on the floor under the sink, lots of hair. I asked front desk for bath towels to spread on the floor to walk on. They said house keeping can come but we we're leaving that morning and they weren't there yet. I'm sure it was an over sight. Overall everything else was Great! Would stay again.

Stayed here before my daughters surgery. The hotel is located between the highway and construction of the new stadium. We stayed on the highway side, and the noise wasn't very bad at all. Bed was firm but not uncomfortable. The room was nice and clean. Elevators were a bit slow and a little funny sometimes, and you had to choose floor multiple times. The pool was clean. We ate at the bar, and drinks and food were good and decently priced. It's about a 15 min drive to Vanderbilt. Staff was helpful and kind. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Would stay here again.

The room was beautiful, and the bed/pillows was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was also great—no bacon though.

We did not like that we could not access Netflix, Amazon Plus, Hulu, etc. on the television. We were given two different church-out times based off of the awards program with the hotel and had to rush to leave because they were different by an hour. That needs to be handled more efficiently instead of the front desk clerk getting upset with us and speaking sharply to us about the inaccuracy—which we did not know about.

The breakfast was good, however it would be nice to have some vegetables ;) The location is quite convenient, close to Downtown (20-25 min walk) and it seems to be safe even in the evening. The staff is very nice and helpful, haven't tried the bar but I've heard people recommending it. Big plus for the complimentary tea and coffee all day long.

As I mentioned already - I really missed some vegetables for breakfast, there was a lot of food, but 80% was rather unhealthy. My room was facing the highway and it was very loud despite the 7th floor. I was using earplugs but it wasn't enough. The aircon is also extremely loud and even if you switch it off, it still makes some sound. The cleaness of some parts of the room could have been improved.

Breakfast was fine for an average hotel breakfast. Pool was nice. The lobby and breakfast area was spacious and very nice. The bedrooms were nice modern and well kept!

The parking was still $15 even if we were outside the main part of town. The bedding could definitely be updated. Better pillows and there was just a sheet and a thin duvet whose cover slips off easily. The duvet was torn underneath and seemed shabby in comparison to the rest of the hotel. Some luxurious bedding would definitely make it a 5 star experience! Fluffy pillows and cloud like duvet with extra blankets for those who like more covers when they sleep.

In short, the breakfast was every morning and was delightful. My first night, I had to deal with the heater/cooler system rattling when fluctuating Temps. They fixed the next morning, put you to sleep quiet. Loved my view of the city and Titans stadium. Enjoyed and was relaxing. Was a nice walk to the John Seigenthaler pedestrian bridge and great view from atop and into downtown!

I was confused with the parking garage. Exiting was fine, but entering the third level from the second was blocked. (I think) I was going up on the exit side.

Seems like a new hotel, really clean and looks nice and modern. Great view out of our room to downtown Nashville. Well located in a short distance to town, but as two females we wouldn’t have walked home to the hotel alone at night - we got a taxi though so no real issue. Plenty of people about during the day to walk in to downtown though (15 min walk over the river via a pedestrian bridge). There is a lot of construction work around the site (for the new football stadium), but we really didnt notice any noise from this.
