Breakfasts are always good and plentiful. Staff is pleasant, engaging, and helpful in every way. THANKS!!!

The business center is a valuable business help because of the standard keyboards and printer NOT available with "smart" phones. Previous stays have had secure internet link provided through InGuest service. This time, InGuest was cut off, perhaps due to some disagreement? In any case, without secure internet communication, the business center is not useful.

The room was wonderful, the water pressure and temperature was fantastic in the shower. The bed, pillows, room temperature was fantastic.

The gaps around the rooms door was very distracting while trying to sleep. The elevator tile could use repair, slightly loose on the entrance.

We liked the location of the property. It was easy to get to and a convenient location for our needs. The breakfast was amazing! There was a wide selection to choose from and some of the more expensive hotels do not even come close to the quality and variety of breakfast items served!

Awesome staff….great location….very clean and comfortable. The front desk clean Julie is truly amazing. I want the management staff here know how much her AWESOME service and kindness is appreciated. I stay at this location every time I go to Midland for work. Will continue to stay here each and every time 👍

Everything was great and always surpasses my expectations

we were there on business…..several days of work at the Chili’s Restaurant just around the corner. the staff was amazing and treated us like royalty. We had an excessive amount of tools and equipment with us for the job, and they were kind enough to allow us to bring out equipment in and store it in the meeting room during our down time. There were fresh baked cookies every evening, and the breakfast each morning was awesome!!!! The staff here goes over and beyond to satisfy their guests. We work in Midland quite often and this is the only hotel I will stay in.

Price and location

I booked for my business, as I always do when my truck driver comes through town. I book with with my business card and make the reservation in his name. For the first time ever, the front desk assistant argued with him because it was not booked with his personal credit card and was not going to allow him to stay.

The room was cleaned and I loved the location was a little tucked away in a nice, safe, area.

The only complaint I have is the shower. The design was horrible and there was water all over the place. The water was not very warm either.

Room was clean.

This property is in need of an upgrade. Peeling wall paper and the mattresses need to be turned. The breakfast was adequate but the coffee and hot water were cold.

I am disabled and use a service dog for mobility assistance. There was no problem with my dog staying with me and I appreciated the welcoming attitude, which all so often is not the case where service dogs are concerned. There is confusion over emotional support dogs and actual service dogs.

The hot tub was out of service

I’m not a breakfast person,however my kids and husband loved the breakfast. Moving forward anytime we are in town for my husband’s job we will stay there
