I truly enjoyed this place. I hadn’t stayed in a motel in a very long time, and this was very comforting, and it was very reassuring and I would definitely stay in this place again and again the hospitality was off the chain. It was marvelous. The staff was great everything about this place was great, absolutely a great deal. Truly, truly enjoyed this place.

There was nothing about this place that I didn’t like everything was marvelous. Well put together. Staff was well mannered everything about this place was great.

Sitting with friends in the lobby in the afternoon, we mentioned that it was one of our birthdays. A few moments later, the morning clerk came over with little candies and wished her happy birthday. That was exceptional!! The afternoon clerk was so kind to offer a rollaway bed as it was more comfortable than the couch bed. And she had to bring it up w/ bedding. She could have been silent and saved herself some work. Because she didn't, my sister got 2 great nights sleep. Again, exceptional!!

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Midland! The breakfast was top notch, they have a waffle iron for fresh waffles, breakfast sandwiches, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, toast and, bagels! Really a top notch breakfast!

I would say the beds definitely need an upgrade, they were a bit stiff and the old spring type! Some pillow tops and this would definitely make this the best hotel in Midland!

For the most part, it was clean and comfortable.

They need to be moving the mattress mattresses away from the wall and vacuuming behind them. There was a lot of hair of all sizes so all kinds behind the mattress. I check everything when I come into a room.

I loved the location and the comfort of the hotel.

I thought the staff could have been more readily accessible to me. Upon checking in, the designated representative wasn't at the desk and the cleaning staff had to search for this person for roughly 10 minutes.

The staff was very welcoming. They allow pets so we got to see lots of puppies and dogs. The facilities were very clean.

There seem to be a bit too many wasps for us around the pool, but might just be a Texas thing

This is the hotel we like best in Midland. It is comfortable and is a good value. The check-in clerk, Karen, was friendly and professional. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. Thanks, Karen!

We liked EVERYTHING! Spacious, clean and quiet room. Good help from front desk. Great value price versus accommodations. I’ve NEVER eaten a motel breakfast that could even compare. Cheese omelette, Jimmy Dean sausage and biscuit, breakfast egg sandwiches, biscuits and gravy and much more. Something for everybody.

The pet deposit of $75 is one of the highest of any hotel we stay at and we travel almost every weekend.

It was nice and clean! The breakfast was amazing! Soooo many choices! The staff was GREAT, especially Karen! She was so kind and helpful! The pool was nice also! I really loved this property!
