I liked the room very spacious and nice.

When we got there, there was still a towel hanging on the bathroom door hook it was still damp as well as if someone just used it that morning. Housekeeping probably overlooked it, and I definitely understand that! The kitchenware was all dirty & spotty with stuff in the glasses. What else that was a buzz kill was the looks staff would give us anytime we left the room. My husband and I are covered in tattoos, I get that we got stared at a lot in public but staff were literally following my husband around during breakfast like he was a criminal about to steal something.

The comfort of the room. It was roomy, the bed was so comfortable, there was an extra blanket available, so much I liked, it hard to list it all.

The only thing that was a little annoying is the checkin process. Check in was at 3, but they did shift change at 3, so we had to wait an extra 10 minutes to check in. But it wasn’t too big an issue we were able to get changed and to the visitation of a loved one on time. My only suggestion would be maybe start shift change at 2:45 or allow people to check in a little earlier.

Enjoyed our room but air conditioner was leaking & wet the new carpet. The breakfast was okay -they rotated the hot items so there’s some variety, which was generally not bad.

Friendly staff, the lady that checked me in found a room on the first floor by the outside doors since we had little dogs with us. It was an upgrade and she didn’t charge me extra. There is a $50 pet fee per night. Room spelled good and was clean. The breakfast was good and the lady brought out some snacks for the kids.

The wifi was not good for streaming movies and the TV remote did not work properly.

The property was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the shower had good water pressure. The breakfast had eggs, bacon, French toast, pastries and cereal.

The room was cool, clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was very good. I felt safe in the location of this hotel.

The hallways were not cool.

It was far from the freeway I had been on, but that was my fault. Also , just a tiny bit of fake grass for dog.

The room was spacious, perfectly clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was great. We would have enjoyed a longer stay.

great place lovely staff and room was perfect for the 1 bedroom suite just enough space to not feel cramped. breakfast was good and breakfast staff friendly. great location
