It's a very well-kept hotel the staff has been very wonderful about letting me know when my room got charged on my card and help out with taking charges off my credit card thanks

That this problem has happened now more than twice in a month

The location was okay their is a cinema theater with bowling alley just across the street . Place was neat and clean. Staff very friendly and ensure we were having a good stay. Lobby is excellent they have the latest tech. Coffee bar excellent. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Restroom as well. Definitely will be staying again. Worth the price.

Everything was great, however their is not fridge on rooms but staff said they will be adding soon as place just open few month.

Room was very clean and nice. Bed very comfortable.

Electricity went out in our assigned room. Went downstairs and got assigned another room but the key card wouldn't open the door. Got room changed again but we got a room with two beds instead of the handicapped room with a king size bed. No microwave and no coffee maker. Needs a sofa or comfy chair.

My whole family enjoyed their stay !! Very clean & inviting. The staff was amazing. Bree is very friendly & fun to talk to !! Location is good near plenty of restaurants and directly behind Cinergy !

A laundry room would be nice. There is a laundry mat down the street, so it wasn't really bad.

We loved the coffee machine and how cool the AC was in our room.

Breakfast was a little less than to be desired. May be add a waffle maker or other options. Same thing was offered every morning.

Location and newly constructed building

Took more time at the reception and had to wait for 10-15 minutes till the housekeeping of the room.

Hotel is close to airport. Bed was comfortable. Towels were a good size. Friendly staff.

Put the entrance near the disabled parking places.

The ease of check-in was great.

Only one face towel with other towels was in the room. Had to ask for more towels since it was 2 people in the room.

The staff is amazing. Very polite and friendly really like the rooms and the beds let me tell you are sleeping in heaven. I will recommend to anyone and everyone. For sure I will be back.

No fridge in rooms and no pool

The people were great. She first had us on the 3rd floor but she saw my parents were elderly she found us a room on the 1st floor. Very nice of her. We had a good stay. Close to my aunts place.
