What breakfast? We wasn’t told there was one. I wish they was more informative on an extended stay motel as this was my first time in one and didn’t know what to expect. I thought hotel/motel rules.

I asked the front desk lady when will we get service as we needed towels and trash taken but she said in 2 weeks you will have your room cleaned, 2 weeks!! I will not be here that long at that moment I thought I’m leaving I’m not waiting that long. So Sunday came around and I left and I’m at a different Extended stay and the service is real good as they check everyday for service.

First time traveling to Wtx and this was the property suggested for me to stay. What I loved about this property my room was clean & spacious… (very comfortable bed), affordable, friendly and helpful staff. Also great water temperature in your shower. I love that you have to have “key card” access to getting inside the building. I felt safe knowing NOT just anyone could get inside the building. I loved that my room provided kitchen amenities. Overall I was very pleased with the location and my room.

A few things I was disappointed with is there isn’t a whole lot of sink space in the bathroom, only one elevator which ran really slow, and it was really hot in the halls throughout the hotel. And I was also disappointed that this location doesn’t serve or offer breakfast….

We’ve stayed plenty of times here before. Always been great.

One of the receptionist was really rude. She started yelling at my wife. She made us pay for my wife’s Service Dog. She stated that it was a privately owned hotel and not part of the franchise and they did not have to honor the service dog laws.

This will be my second booking at this location. Friendly and helpful staff. The attendant switched my rooms for my convenience with no problem. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable as always. I also love that this property is within short driving distance to eating restaurants and movie theatre.

Sandy at the front desk was amazing. I needed to check in early and she was more than willing to accommodate my request. She was honest and told me it was not 100% to happen but when the time came she had two rooms available at my time needed and was more than happy to let me check in early. Thanks Sandy!

Consider the price and Location it doesn't get better

The room I got this time was kinda messed up a bit from the restroom not flushing right. To the blankets on the outside of the room when we got there, no one picked them up the 2 nights I was there.

It was conveniently located, quiet, clean & reasonable.

As the rooms come with a full kitchen, it lacked basic utensils, pots & pans. It didn’t have a coffee pot, nor coffee at least. I had to ask for an iron as ironing board & iron were not available in the room nor was there a hair dryer, something basic in other hotels.
