Went to visit my mother nursing home buena Vida close by when I got to hotel the clerk was very helpful he wrote down the time for tne breakfast. Where it was he took me to the elevator.told when I get to your floor turn right super nice guy,the girl also at the breakfast area was also very nice helpful . Was very surprised to see my name on the t v screen

Comfort, quiet, clean, organized

I believe it should be free breakfast with the amount we are paying. I had ask for extra towels and pillows for my room. The staff late at night told me to get it my self, someone should bring it up to the room. Was so busy and tired from a long day, that there was not enough towels and pillows for my family. My husband went to go get them late at night to get them. I had to wait in the shower until he went to go all the way downstairs to get one. He first had to call then when he told them for the extra things we needed they said we had to get them ourselves, so now he had to get dressed put on his shoes and go to the front desk. Tv needs more channela

The bed was comfortable and the Keurig coffee maker was great! Water pressure in the shower was good and I liked the height of the shower head because I'm tall. The fitness center looked nice but I didn't have time to use it.

There was a little bit of rust in the bathtub but the stay was still very enjoyable. It also would have been nice to have an earlier check-in time.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. This was my first ever time staying at a Hilton and I was very pleased. The TV greeting you with your name is a really nice touch too. Something so simple, but it shows that they truly appreciate their customers!

No complaints

It was ok cold and it was 845 and not a big selection. The coffee was good.

Food to be warmer and make sure this more 5 piece of bacon and a handful of potatoes.

Very nice and clean

The only thing was when we were leaving around 12:30 on Sunday the lady mopping by the elevators in the back was very rude. When the doors opened she kept mopping not letting us get off and then gave us a look when we forced our way through.

Our room was very large and clean, the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was good with quite a few options.

Our room was near the elevator so everytime it pinged and the doors opened you could hear it!

The room climate, The location. The staff. The gym.

The carpets, The bathroom tub had a rusty part. Breakfasts need to be improved.

The breakfast was great.

Advertisement was misleading about free breakfast then charged. Staff told me it would be removed, but was charged anyway. Had to speak to management. Told it would be refunded after speaking to them.

Location was perfect and very close to our family reunion. Staff was very kind and friendly.

Pillows were not right for me.
