The room was very spacious and the bed was really comfortable.. I really liked the shower.

The breakfast was not good. I did show up a little late around 8:50 but the coffee bar was closed, and the breakfast sandwiches that were laid out were cold. They did offer muffins but I decided to go elsewhere for breakfast. The room was not wiped cleaned. the furniture was never wiped down you could tell some sort of drinks had spilled and made the table sticky. All the lights were on as well when we walked in which was odd. I usually walk into a dark clean room. This room had to have been used prior to us arriving.

I like everything about Courtyard from cleanliness, working room phone, working TV remote, nice walk in shower, close to restaurants and shopping centers. Always fresh and clean. I love the sofa bed, it’s comfy and sits 2 people. I will continue to stay at Courtyard as I continue to travel.

Sometimes the refrigerator doesn’t get cold enough. This was my 3rd stay at Courtyard and there was a floor lamp in the first 2 rooms but the 3rd room didn’t have one and the lighting was a little dim. Will I stay again, MOST DEFINITELY I WILL!!!!

Love hotel very nice clean

It is an extremely clean hotel. I love it every time I go to Odessa I always stay because the truth is, it really is a very cozy hotel. The staff are excellent, very very kind people. I do recommend it.

the breakfast was a bit messy - it was served via Starbucks that knew nothing about it and took some time to figure out. we were charged additionally for a coffee while it was meant to be included after all. but the breakfast itself was nice.

communication with housekeeper was tough since she spoke no English, we tried to tell her we needed extra towels and bath mat. we got it across.

Employees offer exceptional customer service. From the time I arrived Erik made me feel like family. My every need and expectations was exceeded to the fullest by all staff members. I will defiantly be back!

Shower area could use some maintenance in the room we stayed in water was coming out the doors and flooding tiles in bathroom area

There was no breakfast to brag about !

No breakfast , no pastry, no scones nothing ! There was a Starbucks in the building but they didn’t even have any pastries to purchase . This is sad’ all of our other family members who stayed at cheaper motels had breakfast and or at least a little pastry. Other than that the room and cleanliness was excellent . We didn’t have time to get breakfast somewhere else before the funeral , we were just gonna grab a pastry or something on the way out of the motel . But there was nothing .
