The apartment was great, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was always clean. We enjoyed having the cleaning service come in the morning - it gave us that hotel experience. The pools, sea views, activities and beach bar were definitely the highlights of our trip and we took many pictures.

We had issues with the parking, where there was some confusion with other people occupying the parking pay we had been allocated to. The Spa although enjoyable - the gowns looked like they were reused throughout the day and not changed/wash; and the equipment didn’t look like it was sanitised down before each appointment. It would also be great if there was a kids club/program with activities around the resort - we would have definitely paid to have our kids looked after for 2-3hrs a day.

Lagoon water smelly, dirty due to cleaning of seafood at the floating peer as well as in front of the chalets. Slides were not operational Did not get beach towels was always told nothing available Fridges don't work properly Aircons didn't work properly Extremely dirty and stinky at floating peer where we embark and disembark boat. Not pleasant. Reception contact never available. We had to drive each time if we needed to contact reception. We moved chalets 3 times due to aircon and fridge not working.

Great location. Can do if a night club to help control noise at the apartments for the guys in a party 🥳 mode.

Did not like that my bedding is not chmahed for 6 nights. I think after 3 nights 🌙 it should be changed with clean towels

The resort was outstanding, lots of activities to keep us entertained and the staff are very friendly and accommodating, a special thanks to the fun crew, they kept up entertained throughout our stay. Great restaurant and bar onsite. This place has everything you need really. Amazing restaurants in the area too, I would highly recommend trying the Highlanders Fishing Lodge , though we got lost on our way there, the food was impeccable and the owners were very helpful.

Not related to the property, like I said the property is great . There’s just not a lot to do and see in the area, if you like exploring when you travel the area may not be for you. It’s also a bit further from the city But we loved it as we just wanted to unwind and enjoy the scenic views.

The comfort, the cleanness and the kindness of the staff in general

The receptionists are not very responsive to requests from guests, one need to make several calls for same issue and some time they never come back with an answer. The other thing that bothered us was the huge number of strangers swarming at guests to sell goods and services, some time they simply occupy the beach huts in front of our houses monitoring all our movements. There should be specific places for these people in the premises where we could go if we wanted anything from them.

The views are everything. The Charlets are well organised and proper. It’s actually provide a home away from home.

The bedding was not changed in one of the charlets. We were had turned over the sheets inside out because we arrived very late at night hoping that the bedding will be changed the following day. Unfortunately the lady who cleans did not even see that the bedding was turned over and left it as it is. I had to follow her and ask her to change the bedding and then it was changed. The road from the main road (Market) to the resort is terrible more especially when you are using a smaller car. The resort must invest on fixing the road to the resort. Otherwise all is good when you get to the resort

The house was comfortable, activities, staff was friendly and helpful.

We get serious problems with stove when we arrived, it was not heating it took 30 min to fly onions and 1, 30 hour to cook spaghetti, We thought it was electricity problemas because other day we wake-up early in the morning to cook and it was working. In our house there was no knife, only bread knife, we requested but without success, also there was no champagne glasses and when I called before coming, they said that everything was there. In general kitchen items.

Breakfast was just ok nothing to write home about. Facilities are great

The staff at the restaurant. On Sunday we arrived at the restaurant at 10:50 & wanted to order food at the restaurant we were told to wait until 11:15 as they are are still serving breakfast. 11:15 we ordered the waiter came to us & said they are still waiting for rolls or can he make our Prego’s with brown bread. We waited for a long time for the order as they were waiting for rolls. The waited brought food without cutlery ended up using my hands as I was hungry. My sister asked another waiter for cutlery of which they took long to bring it. I wanted cold drink the waiter was nowhere to be found. I ended up walking to the bar to order it from there.

Well almost everything about the place is wonderful. The house was clean, right in front of a GREAT sea view. Pools are great, the small one and the bigger ones. Everything was quite nice in regards to the place itself and the facilities, except for the things below.

- Some bed sheets were not clean. - Cleaning staff not available on the weekend, even the place being a weekend getaway. Cleaning staff should be available everyday, after all it's a hotel/beach house. - Sand-Bar couldn't serve our group of 8, because their Pizzas were not "available". - Transportation between the houses and the restaurant/reception (or within the compound) could be implemented (quad bikes, buggies, golf carts) since it's a long walk/long distances.

The location is perfect The beach is amazing Pools and activities are great

My fridge,air conditioner and stove were not working and the receptionist was not very helpful, only after I spoke to the manager was it sorted out properly.. They don’t clean well at all, the bathrooms and kitchen was still very dirty eg:after showering when returning from the beach the next day the beach sand will still be in the shower and if u move the kettle and toaster it’s very dirty under so basically they just wipe up where it’s visible It’s a beautiful resort I just really wish they would clean the apartments better then it would be perfect Also they need to renovate the 3 bedroom apartments like they did the 4 bedrooms apartments.. appliances are very old
