The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was also very yummy and had lots of choices. One of the best breakfasts I've had at a hotel in a long time. The facility and the room was nice and clean too.

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. The only thing I would say they could do is have more soaps and cups available in the room (there were only 2 coffee cups in the room and one mini bar of soap. Would have been nice to have a couple more of each).

The breakfast was ok, nothing great but ok. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The location of this hotel is close to the interstate and not far from the main hub of town. I would stay there again.

The breakfast was just ok. The price for what you get is pretty high. Several things "under construction"/broken at the facility. Some of those could have just been picked up (stone on the face of the building laying on the sidewalk) and it would have at least been cleaned up.

The location and cleanliness

We got into town at approximately 2:30 pm and we stopped by the motel to check in because we had an appointment at 3 and we couldn’t check in yet. We understood that check in wasn’t until 3 but we were just trying to get that taken care of. No big deal

Convenient location

Asked for handicap accessible. Only left was on 2 nd floor. This doesn’t make sense. What if the elevator didn’t work? I wouldn’t been able to get down stairs. We did make reservations. Desk said they had only 2 handicap available. However there were several handicap parking spots

Friendly staff and fairly clean room... longer pool hours are nice and the price was good.

Had a few things in our room that were probably from previous guest so was confused as to how well it gets cleaned.

After being caught in the middle of a severe thunderstorm/tornado warning, we were just happy to have arrived safely. The room and staff were very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay!

The pub isn't quite a pub...very limited food items that can be air fried, but at the end of a very long day, I ate there. Lighting in rooms could be improved.

the breakfast was good, with a decent variety. The room was very clean and was perfect for our fur baby. The pool was relaxing, and properly maintained. And the staff was super accommodating. 10/10 would recommend staying here and will stay here again

Coffee was okay but the breakfast bar looked pretty underwhelming. Could've used some cake donuts or something better than those small muffins wrapped in plastic. Didn't see any eggs in sight to make sandwiches with.

Breakfast...we went somewhere over in Webster City and had breakfast there.
