Everything except for the price!

It’s on the expensive side; because when we book it they always charge more as they say the currency exchange is different for them. I booked for £378 on booking.com but they said they would charge me £383, and they charged me £415 in total at the beginning just for security. I’ve stayed here a few times, and it’s always the case. I love everything about it, but the confusion regarding price difference to what I book and what I pay has an affect on my overall experience of the e trip. I hope they can explain it clearly at the time of booking the exact cost. Everything else is immaculate!

The hotel overall was really good. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff was helpful and very polite. Checkin procedure was very smooth. Main reception, hall and restaurant area was very nice and clean. Over all hotel ambiance and lights were very nice calm. Decor was really good, bell boys, house keepings, waiters, chefs, main receptionists all of them super welcoming and have positive attitude.

The room was clean but it was small for the price we paid. On booking.com it says pool side view room but it was not. The room no 202 door was unable to open properly and it was so tight that it was hard to move luggage in and out of the room. There was no centeral heating only cooling though they provided us with a heater. The parking system was very poor, sometimes we have to wait for some time to take our car to the the main entrance where then you have to hand over your car to a vallet and its a must (i don't like to give my car to vallet) . Parking area was crowded and congested.

Breakfast was very good being buffet style.. Rooms were great and very clean. One drawback was that you are unable to open the window blinds so room was in permanent darkness - although I think this was a security issue.

the lack of a convenience outlet or a coffee shop was problematic. You could only get refreshments by ordering from one of the waiters. No where to buy any toiletries etc. This was an issue given that you are unable to leave the hotel without a security guard and definitely not allowed to walk anywhere so at times it felt like we were in prison.

Staff were always available, offered assistance, and regularly checked to see if I needed anything. The dinner buffet each night was superb, ample selection and a variety of both desi and international/western cuisine.

The only thing that comes to mind, which could be an issue for some folk is the bath/shower combo. The bathtub itself is somewhat narrow to stand in which isn't comfortable and I'm not sure if it's the same in other rooms (I was in 205) but if a guest has mobility issues, stepping up and into the bathtub could be an issue. Also, there was a low part of the ceiling directly above me which would be no good for someone taller than 5'5.

Staff is well trained and friendly Room is comfortable and Room services was good

Security arrangements are horrifying due to restrictions and not allowing to go out of hotel without police guards I have lost valuable half a day due to police not allowed to travel outside the city limit as I had to visit few farms and mills to inspect the Yellow Maize which is my main reason of travel to Multan Pakistan. Also staff of the hotel refused to give me breakfast pack since I had to go out of hotel before 6am in the morning I do not have any options to find hygienic foods and beverages outside the hotel

there was only one issue the AC was not working good

staff was courteous, welcoming and professional. rooms were clean and comfortable. food was awesome, quantity and quality both, fresh juices of 4 diff types, not a norm in Pakistan even at PC or Marriot so it was a pleasant surprise. and the idea of executive lounge and the service all great

car parking is an issue though they have Valet parking but still one has to wait too long for the car to be taken by the staff.

I recently stayed at a Ramada hotel and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. The check-in process was smooth, and I was quickly escorted to my room, which was spacious, clean, and modern. The room had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a large flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Lovely stay at Ramada. Very friendly, understanding and accommodating staff. Facilities were what you'd expect them to be from a good hotel. Mango shake was delicious and loved the CoNaturals toiletry that was provided.

Room near the staff area was a bit noisy, however, I was offered another room in a quite corner of the hotel, just minutes after my request. It was a pleasant 2 nights stay.

All the staff were exceptional. During our stay our children became ill. The CEO personally saw that a Dr's visit was organised for us. The hotel escorted us back and forth from the hotel to the Dr's surgery, assisted us with collecting the medication and ensured any further needs were met. The doctor we met was very professional and good with the children. Overall we were made feel very welcomed by this Hotel!! Very good attitude all around by all staff, top to bottom.
