The place is an absolute gem. From wonderful, helpful staff greeting you with prosecco on arrival to beautiful facilities, a great breakfast to being taken to our room by buggy to save us the hassle of walking from the reception each time, we were really treated like royalty. Would highly recommend this place. When an issue arose (my girlfriend and I booked a room with a double bed and there were two single mattresses instead of one double) the issue was dealt with swiftly and sorted in less than 15 minutes. Do not miss out on this amazing resort.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The views from both the beach and the pool were amazing. It was peaceful in both areas, allowing us to read without distractions. The staff was friendly, helpful and cheerful for the most part. The food at the restaurants that require reservations was excellent! We truly managed to relax and recharge during our time here.

The buffet food heavily caters to British tourists, which can be disappointing for those who are not from the UK. Although there are enough lounge chairs available, many people "reserve" the best-view chairs before heading to breakfast and sometimes only return by noon. Unfortunately, nothing seems to be done about this issue. The pool and beach bar close at 6 PM during the summer, which is frustrating since that’s typically when you want to enjoy them, especially as the UV index drops from a solid 10 during the day. It’s unclear why they close so early, aside from wanting guests to go to dinner at 6 PM. We wish we had known about this in advance. They have an app, but I honestly wish they didn’t; it’s the worst app I have ever used :)

Beautiful location. Loved the roof top terrace with pool, bars, restaurants and stunning sunset views every day . Air con throughout . Very attentive kind staff , especially the room attendants, the dining room staff and the bar staff . The White Pearl beachfront restaurant was fabulous 🥰 Lovely walk down through trees along the drive to the beach . Welcomed buggy rides always on hand for the upward steep journey back to our room. Plentiful varied breakfasts. Restaurant staff very welcoming at each meal time, showed us to our tables , and quickly brought us water and drinks. All with a smile. Crystal clear sea, loved our day out with a small motor boat, exploring the coast . Beautiful area to explore by car. Especially loved the Angelocastra Byzantine castle with cliff top restaurant, and the sandy Glyfada beach. Paleocastritsa was also worth visiting , plenty of tavernas there and several beaches to explore and swim from.

Unable to book a table in Vertigo Restaurant. All the other customers I met also were unable to get a table there throughout the week !! No relaxation lounge in the Spa : had to sit in the busy small spa reception area whilst awaiting a massage , with several couples passing by my feet to take a shower before their homeward flights, or to exchange towels . Then nowhere to relax with a glass of water afterwards. A relaxation room is definitely needed here . Hotel room and balcony were spacious enough, plenty of wardrobe space , large comfortable bed, but bathroom needed a refurb. Often had sewage smells .

Great place for a relaxing stay over a few days if you just need to unwind. Quiet and beautiful location. Fab pool area to chill during the day, great food in the restaurants and lovely small beach at the bottom of the hill. The buffet food was very good, even for a vegetarian like myself, enjoyed everything and there was loads of choice.

The house wine (red, white or rose) was horrible in my opinion. I LOVE wine but couldn't drink it!! We stayed 7 nights, so I tried it a couple of times (it was free as part of the all inclussive) but just couldnt finish even a glass each time. I would recommend on inproving this, it was a let down.

Great setting. Beautiful views. Food delicious, lots of variety. Large & spacious room. Power of shower great. In restaurant, Nikolas was very friendly and always looked after us. Odysseus at beach restaurant was excellent.

The bar service was poor. There were a lot of new staff who seemed to be learning ‘on the job’ rather than having had formal training. There were language barriers resulting in drinks orders taking forever and sometimes not arriving at all. I paid upfront for the drinks package, however due to the poor service, I was unable to take full advantage of this and felt it was a bit of a waste of money. Lots of the guests agreed with me. In the bathroom, the shower leaked constantly.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are spread out so there's little risk of noise. You can stay at the pool which has a great view or lie on the free beds by the beach. The beach is quite nice, a bit colder than other parts of the island but with a great view. The sunset looks beautiful from the rooms. There are caddies that bring you up and down the hill (the reception and most amenities are on top) and a funicular that brings you to the beach. All staff were super kind and helpful.

The food was the major disappointment. It was really not great. The breakfast was weak. We only had dinner at the hotel once and it was poor quality. We also had one lunch meal and that was also disappointing. But if you have a car there are a couple of cheap and good restaurants 10 to 15 min away. So I would recommend not doing the all-inclusive.

The Food, the facilities, the views and the staff all incredible. We loved the buggy service that took us to the reception from our room and the lift to the beach. The pool was huge & the view from the pool area was amazing. We stayed for our wedding anniversary and so glad we upgraded to the all inclusive, made everything so easy. We had dinner at the vertigo restaurant on the last night and the food was out of this world, we still paid for this out of pocket but it was 20% because we were all inclusive.

Some food items in the buffet were a bit basic but overall pretty good! We enjoyed that it was quiet and there wasn't a huge party culture here and most guests were older than us 40yrs+, for younger people looking for a party resort i wouldn't recommend booking this resort. But if you were looking for a relaxing holiday this is for you!!

The service is excellent, the hotel is built along side an mountain, so there would be quite a long way to walk every day to the top of the hill to eat breakfast, but the hotel have golf carts that drives you up and down the mountain a comes an pic you up if you just call. The people driving these golf cars always have a smile on there face and is just lovely, every person working on this hostel is just really lovely and do everything for you to have the best holiday, the beach guy thow is my favorite he makes the day so much better and is always dancing, helping you arrange your seat for your liking and he puts out your towel for you :). The breakfast is really good and the souvlaki at the beach bar is excellent. The vertigo restaurant has excellent service and the food is just amazing especially the appetizers!! Overall I understand why this hotel has 5 stars! And I also recommend taking the buss from the hotel to corfu old town to eat some great Greek food as souvlaki from pene a souvlaki and gyros, and just to wonder around the old town and shop some souvenirs :) O and before I forget I also recommend booking an Catamaran with tui for a hole day to se the island from an different point of view

This hotel has the best stuff I have ever seen in my life. Absolutely everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. One could really notice that they have a good working climate. We want especially thank Anastasia from reception and Thomas from the restaurant! You guys are the best! The food was amazing! Everything was fresh and tasty. Great selection of fish, meat, fresh vegetables and fruits, deserts. We also liked the drinks:)

The rooms are not renovated (especially the bathroom). We found the price was too high for the quality of room you receive. It didn’t bother as much since we were spending the majority our time outside but yes, for 5 stars hotel it could be better. We also wished we had more activities. The majority of guests are around 40-50 years old. We are 31 and for us it was sometimes quite boring.

Exceptional Stay – Luxurious Hotel with Amazing Views The hotel feels truly luxurious. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and offer stunning sea views. Beds are very comfortable, and the service was excellent – friendly and always helpful. We also enjoyed the delicious and diverse food served daily. Highly recommended – we would definitely come back!

One small downside: the beach is not ideal for swimming, as there are many seaweeds, and access is via a very slow elevator, which can be inconvenient at times.
