Staff was friendly. Hotel was quiet and we were able to relax. We had a bad experience in the previous hotel we stayed the night before. I wished I had booked here in the first place. Room was clean, and updated. Bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel got updated recently so it was nice and clean. I liked that the room door had double lock which made us feel safe.

This place would have been perfect if it had a pool but other than that it was great.

Biscuits and gravy for breakfast was a plus. Decent price and location.

The look of the place was kinda dated. The water when you shower is either hard water or soft water, I don’t know which but it feels like you can’t get all of the soap off of your hair and body.

Coffee was terrible OJ was so watered down it was undrinkable ... no apple juice in the juice dispense at all .. Waffles were good ... 4 dried up clementine oranges were the only fruit offered ... and were still there the second morning ... bread but no toaster (cleaning staff did located one when asked) ... had to ask for milk for cereals ... biscuits & gravy (2 mornings) were decent The electric plug at the sink area of Room 113 did not work ... therefore the hair dryer was not working The bed / mattress was a pillow top (new) and very comfortable... over all I was a bit pleasantly suprised with the motel ... had always stayed at the Westbridge (down the street) in Centerville during previous trips Super 8 will now be my first choice when making reservations in Centerville IA

Breakfast

Property was really clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was wonderful. In an excellent location near restaurants, stores and gas stations.

The facility was very clean. The staff was friendly. It was close to places to eat.

The pillows was flat and uncomfortable. There was also only 2 pillows per room . There was very little breakfast selection. The bathroom had no space for wheelchair transfers . The shower wasn't very disabled accessible.

The Bed was comfortable. The satellite tv had lots of channels including premium channels. The biscuits and gravy at breakfast were amazingly good.

We could hear our upstairs neighbors every time they walked across the floor. The walls are thin and our neighbors in the room beside us were very loud. The hotel seems dated and the value for what you get isn’t great

Staff was friendly on check in. Room was SUPER clean and updated with wireless charging pads. I REALLY liked that they came and made our bed while we were out.

I was very pleasantly surprised to see the improvements that are being made. There were several good choices of breakfast items. I appreciate the breakfast hours. The staff we met at the front desk were very kind and helpful.

There wasn’t muchI didn’t like. Even though the price is comparable to other motels, there should be a higher reduced rate for seniors.
