Overall, great location, especially if you’re attending an event at Bridgeview Event Center (directly next door)! The hotel was modern and welcoming right when we walked in. We loved that they had “firm” and “soft” pillow options and appreciated it. The room was nice and quiet too, even with construction happening just outside. The continental breakfast was a plus!

The room surfaces (space by microwave and the bathroom sink itself) could have been cleaner (I noticed a couple of crumbs that weren’t from us in front of the microwave and in the black tray for the coffee maker & the sink, being white, showed previous use (I’m thinking from when I man shaved really fine hair?) The water definitely smelled like river water. We’re aware that this likely has nothing to do with the hotel but, was kind of alarming. I would suggest some sort of additional filtration, if possible.

I liked everything about this hotel. Very well maintained and clean. The room is very comfortable with softer and harder pillows. We are only passing through on interstate 63 and arrived late but we had enough time to eat at the restaurant. It was excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

There really wasn't anything that I didn't like which is kind of unusual with hotels. It's just a really nice place.

The hotel is newer, staff is friendly, cleanliness was exceptional. Overall, an excellent experience. Starbucks coffee was a bonus. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean.

Breakfast is a bit lacking compared to some other business class hotels, but overall an excellent offering for a complimentary meal. There was something for everyone in the group.

We had a suite and it was very nice. Staff was friendly. Restaurant in hotel was very good. Lots of parks and recreation close, and access to shopping and downtown was also good

AC was loud and the bed was not the most comfortable. Sofa bed was also not very comfortable

Tasty breakfast with a large variety and happy to see that the main menu was changed from previous day. The friendly staff.

Parking, there is an event center right next to it and a restaurant in the hotel with shared parking and there were events going on and it was difficult to find a parking spot closer to the hotel and especially having small children with us.

All the staff was pleasant and helpful. The hotel had a good selection for breakfast items and the hot food changed each day so it wasn’t always the same items which was really nice. Also The restaurant in hotel had great food and service, but it is a little pricey but worth the splurge.I will most definitely stay here again!!

Breakfast was great. Would have liked a second chair in the room. Most hotels have a recliner. They brought us a patio type chair. It wasn't great, but they were very prompt with the service. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Would have liked grab bars in the bathroom.

Lovely hotel. Great value. Everyone was great as well.

Nothing. Only downside was we were at drag racing event in Eddyville so it was 20-30 mi it’s drive to property but easily worth it.

Brand new. Beds were very comfortable. Price was good. Right next door to the venue where the concert was held.

The restaurant was very expensive so we chose to eat elsewhere.

Easy check-in process, very nice accommodations. Good breakfast options. Would stay here again.

Room on the street side was a little noisy but that's to be expected.
