The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Beds are very comfortable and the facility is very nice and clean. Breakfast for it being a hotel is definitely one of the more decent breakfasts we’ve had in a long time.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we’ve stayed and and on Saturday night only there is always ppl up late around 11:30 or so making a lot of noise in the parking lot outside the back of the facility. We were up late this time so I didn’t need to call the front desk but usually they take care of it very quickly.

Breakfast is better than most hotels. Location is perfect. Rooms are spacious and the showers are nice.

We’ve been to this property several times and this is the first it has ever happened but it smelled like they mopped the floor with either a dirty mop or old mop water🥴. When we came down the next morning the smell was gone. So not sure if it was mopped over again

Breakfast was great. It was busy, i don't think the staff was prepared for it to be as busy as it was on Thursday and Friday morning. By the time my granddaughter and i got up to the breakfast meat it was all gone, but understandable when there was a bunch of men in front of us.

I think maybe next year when Knoxville Sprint Car Nationals come around and the hotel is booked with race car fans, have the employees prepared for big breakfast eaters during those Thursdays and Fridays too.

Easy access and friendly front desk. Room and beds were so comfortable. Very happy with that.

Only complaint is the breakfast. Whoever was in charge let the food get to either really low or completely out making us wait 20+ mins for food. We went somewhere else instead.

We absolutely love everything about Fairfield Inn and Suites in Oskaloosa. It’s our home away from home. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is delicious and the facility is always spotless.

I can’t complain about one single thing.

I’m just road tripping solo, this was a place to spend the night on my travel. Everything was decent to me. The room was clean and comfortable. I could stream off the tv, a definite plus. Breakfast included egg and meat. There was some trouble at check in, which I was absolutely not in the mood for, but Doug at the front desk worked me through it, which I greatly appreciate.

The location and facilities offered were all good. The breakfast area was very clean and the food on offer was appreciated. It is great to have something to eat before starting your day and the staff I met were pleasant and took great care of this service and that was great to see. The included streaming options of HBO and Showtime on the TV were a nice addition that I was able to enjoy

The hotel is near the road and can be noisy, particularly the truck engine braking. I stayed for 2 nights on a business trip and I am not an untidy person but the trash can was overflowing when I left. The new post Covid lack of daily room cleaning has become a new normal and I do not like it.

When sleeping the AC would run so long at a time that I would get cold. Then it would stay off so long that I would get hot. The temperature did not seem consistent.

The lady at reception when we arrived could not have been more helpful, unfortunately I cannot remember her name. I have no complaints everything was lovely and everyone very friendly and helpful.
