This hotel is great! First impression, the lobby is updated, very clean, with very kind and helpful staff. The rooms are also very nice and roomy! We had been traveling for a couple of days and this hotel was just perfect to relax and lay back for a night. Breakfast was good as well. The eggs aren’t the greatest, but it’s also hotel breakfast, and they had enough selection to where that didn’t matter as much. The breakfast area was nicely kept and clean. Though we didn’t bring swimsuits, the pool area is very nice. If you have kids it would be perfect for them!

My only complaint is that the conditioner in the bathroom was out, as a woman with long thick hair that was a bummer. But I was able to get just enough out. Other than that, no complaints!

Great location looked clean would like to have used the pool but it was way too busy. I thought the bed and room decor/ layout was very comfortable & simple.

Trash in the parking lot, employee sitting at the front door when I arrived. The Gentleman didn't even offer to hold the door or acknowledge me..likely on break. Front desk ladies were not helpful with my request for early check in or call me as promised when my room was ready. The new gal at the front desk late in the afternoon was bossy and talked too fast to understand anything she said.

Wyndham was experiencing problems with their keypads and unfortunately, I was the first guest with the issue. I had prepaid for the room and after they realized it was a hotel problem and not a guest problem, things went smoothly. Steph and the other employee (can't remember her name) were so nice and handled things promptly.

The front desk help, I believe his name was Andrew, went above and beyond to help us out when we arrived. We were exhausted and Andrew was like a breath of fresh air and helped us with our truckload of luggage!

No elevator and we had a second floor stay with a lot of stuff.

Uncomfortable beds and front desk has no knowledge of how to do creditable discounts. Was there for college tour and couldn’t get discount as I was told from college affiliated with hotel that I’ll be able to receive.

Great location right outside of downtown Pella, and right by highway entrances as well!

The hot tub/bath tub jets weren’t consistently working they turned on and went off every 2-4 seconds, not consistent jets.

Bed was great as was the warm breakfast with Sausage and eggs. Working hot tub a bonus as well!!

there was a strange noise bedside and the toilet was hard to fliush

My most favorite part: the staff. Debra was SO NICE, she helped us with our reservation and some issues we had to fix about it.(which were my fault, by the way)

The heat wasn't on in the room and it took most of the night to get it up to 70 and the breakfast was OK and eatable could have been beter

Clean and comfortable for a good price. Pella is a cute town with a fun Midwest atmosphere.

Would be better with queen beds for more room.
