Outstanding property. Very clean fresh smelling rooms and linens, bathroom, hallways, breakfast area and lobby. Very large rooms and great parking. Fabulous staff--we arrived Halloween night and warm and welcoming beautiful princess peach greeted us in costume provided by her 21 year old gear head granddaughter - we appreciate her and the housekeeping staff and the gentleman at reception checkout for all your hard work. Thank you for such a wonderful place for the weary traveler to get a good night's rest. They even gave me a late check out until noon as I had a zoom meeting until 11.

Nothing. It's about 2 miles off the highway but that's a plus because it's in a quiet and safe area.

I love this hotel. It's my favorite in the area. I was given a free upgrade because when checking in the staff working the front desk almost did t let me check in. They have a new rule that anyone that lives in the area can't get a room there. I often take little mini vacations on a weekend when I need a break and to rewind and I always go there. So it upset me that I couldn't . She worked it out for me and gave me an upgrade to a jetted tub suite fory troubles. Very happy and relaxing.

The receptionist, (Diane?), was very welcoming and helpful. The facility is beautiful and there are walkable food choices. Worth going off the beaten path.

Internet sites have no indication that it is not on I-80. Your site could have clear directions on how to get there. Our GPS, Google maps, and phone call gave us 3 different exit choices. Confusing, but, probably all would have eventually worked. That's not what you want after a long drive.

Our front desk representative was a ray of sunshine! Helpful and cheerful! The room was clean and inviting. The provided breakfast was delightful and the not so common offering of bottled water was greatly appreciated! But the most impressive part of the breakfast setting was Miz Lucy! What a ray of sunshine and she kept the area super clean, stocked and asked about your day! She rocks!

The only thing I can think of that could use attention would be the closure on the bathroom door in the room (#228) was hard to latch closed...really had to pull on it to get it latched.

Breakfast area was very clean and organized . Many options and Lucy the kitchen helper was one of the nicest ladies we have ever met. Most hotel stays we go out to eat because the kitchen area is messy and unkept but because of the cleanliness of the area we ate at the hotel and were glad we did because the breakfast was excellent .

The staff was friendly and everything worked.

There was an odor in the bathroom as if it was trying to cover up something. Everything worked well though. While this is not a negative, it is something to be aware of - this hotel is in town, not near I-80. It's a five-minute drive away from Exit 164 and you will need a mapping app to get there.

The hotel itself was nice and clean, cool air in the room and a decent breakfast.

Our daughter wanted to swim, but there was a baseball team in town occupying the entire pool area. I know not he hotel fault, but disappointing. Plus the kids running up and down the hallway being loud and slamming doors.

I found it to be clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and polite. They have an amazing breakfast. They are centrally located. Plenty of free parking on site. The room was adequate except for lighting.

The lighting in my room was very poor. I also requested first floor but found it to not quite be as private as I would have liked.

Everything was awesome, starting with the nice appearance of the building as you pull into the parking lot. Then walking into the welcoming and spacious lobby, the colorful string lights going up the stairs gives such a homey and loving feel...total bonus points for that extra touch. Then the ease of check in and the kindness of the staff. Our room was clean, comfortable and nice. And finally, the breakfast was plentiful and again, the staff working the breakfast super helpful and kind. Everything about this hotel was fantastic. I am so glad we chose to stay here!! We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area!!

Affordable stay off the interstate with food, fuel, and coffee right next to it! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will stay here again on our way to Wisconsin.

Building is older and could use some updating. The vending machines are cash only, so need to plan for that. The lobby could use some cleaning...specifically by the vending machine area.
