Great breakfast, very clean room. Comfortable beds!

It was unclear if their hot tub was working. We had planned a trip with the grandkids, for pool and hot tub time. I called the hotel and specifically asked if the hot tub was working. The gentleman on the phone told me it was, so I booked the room. Got to the hotel and the hot tub was drained with caution cones surrounding it. Very disappointing. The kids said the pool was cold, so they did not utilize it much. Not as much as if there was a functioning hot tub. I wouldn’t have booked a room at that price had I known there was no hot tub. There was a description that stated a hot tub was one of the amenities.

The staff was friendly, everything was clean and the continental breakfast was great.

A covered seating area outside for smokers would be great! And the doors close really loud. While in our room, we could hear every time other people were entering and leaving their rooms.

The breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of food. The staff was very nice. I asked for a fan, and they were able to supply it to me. the communication through text to see how I was or needed anything was awesome also.

There was someone above me that had very heavy feet that just kept walking back and forth, very loud.

Room was nice. Everything getting a little older but still comfortable. Check in easy. Did not use pool this trip- breakfast had the usual choices. Omelet a little overdone but still tasty and staff at the nice dining area friendly. :-)

The room was clean. Plenty of towels were provided. Love the abundance of wall hooks to hang up towels.

I wish breakfast had a little more variety and choices. Choice of fresh fruit was very limited. No bacon for our entire stay. Also the hot tub wasn’t working.

The hot tub wasn't working and that was the entire reason I booked this place!!!! You need to update pictures and lower prices if that isn't working! I feel like the price should've been lower!

Hot tub was not working Shower handle was very loose about ready to fall off. It was 76 degrees in the room it’s 36 degrees out so not sure what was the deal.

Breakfast was good - location was great for us - price was good. Just had a refrigerator in my room that did not work properly, so that was very inconvenient

The rooms are very spacious and clean

The freezer portion of the refrigerator was frozen over. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail

The room was outstanding, large & roomy, laid out quite nicely. The staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was great. They mixed up the menu which is important in a 6 night stay!

Maid service is reduced due to staffing. But, the front desk fulfilled any supply issues promptly. Our room had 1 maint issue. The deadbolt strike plate screws on the door were stripped. Made locking difficult.
