The owners are wonderful. They took great care of their guests. Would love to visit again. Nice clean safe place

Nothing as such..

Staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate. Housekeeping was cleaning our room when we got there and they did such an excellent job! I was very I’m impressed with their teamwork and attention to details!

When I booked I asked for a first floor room and even though it was on the reservation form I printed this was never relayed to the hotel so I had to climb to me/. Very difficult!a flight is stairs and have my walker carried up

The room was large. Furniture was in good shape. Fridge and microwave included. The breakfast was very basic.

The hallway had a stench.

enjoyed the smoking room available so we didn’t have to go out in the snow storm for a cigarette. convenient

toilet would make a loud high pitch squealing noise whenever it was flushed, and no extra blankets and pillows were available apparently. could have used a cot on our last night and there weren’t any. also the women working at the front desk the morning we were checking out refused to answer the phone any of the multiple times we called up from our room. and the attitude of the front desk staff when we requested an extra hour to check out at noon instead of 11, was unreasonably rude and abrasive.

Great price, perfect location. Restaurants w/in walking distance. Comfortable. We would stay here again.

one bad note - had a horrible time with internet. nonexistent most of the week that we were there.

I had an exceptional stay, wouldn't hesitate to book this place again.
