The Hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast area was extremely nice. Very clean, spacious and had alot to offer. The coffee could have been hotter but otherwise very pleased. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was also spacious and plenty of towels. Wish the shower head had better water pressure, but we would stay there again.

It would be the water pressure for the shower.

The location was perfect for us as we came for two fold events. Just off the interstate offered quick and easy travel. Breakfast was appreciated, and tasty. Coffee was great!

We were disappointed to return to our room after being out all day, to find it just as we had left it! Housekeeping did not come in and make the bed, or add new supplies, etc. When we inquired at the desk we were told they are short staffed and unable to do that at this time. We felt we should have been told that at check-in, but we were not informed. That was disappointing, as you do pay for those services along with your reservation.

The hotel was very clean. Staff were visible. Housekeeping was fabulous.

Breakfast is not keto friendly. Very high carbohydrate choices with the exception of scrambled eggs that were very salty. That was the only low carbohydrate food on the menu. Bathroom outlet was broken. I was not able to use outlets in the bathroom for this reason. My husband did report this to front desk and they stated there was nothing they could do at this time. We were getting ready for a wedding so this was inconvenient.

I have a curse of that customer service. It's just things that happen but I never have it here. Nothing to complain about always great rooms clean.

Upon check in I asked for an extra room & the clerk was very quick to check for one for us.

The drapes did not close completely therefore it was very bright for sleeping.

Very friendly. Great breakfast.

Had little problem with the billing. They straightened it right away with no hassle.

Staff was very professional, prompt, and extremely helpful.
