Breakfast, staff, location, price clean room nice amenities. Very good communication on my requests and for the information leading up to our arrival.

Confusion on check-in being told I did not have a reservation, not a great thing to be told after a long trip. After 5 minutes was told: "Oh you booked online". I then checked on the price and that was correct except being told there was a $50 fee put on my account was not told anything about that charge until I asked. Internet access was terrible. Took forever to connect then it dropped. I had a meeting on Zoom and I was expecting to use my iPad but no Internet so had to use my phone which was not fun.

The staff although usually gone from the desk are super easy to find and extremely friendly. They are just usually working. We drive trucks and they have parking across the street at the casino which is a great plus. They also have 4 pillows and the bed was super comfy. A total bonus is the views. You can see the theme park lit up at night and it's so beautiful.

Nothing really. Although the bathroom door is a little odd. You have to go in shut the door then sit on the toilet or it gets stuck open.

The only staff employee there for the evening shift, was also do housekeeping etc. She was covering the whole place by herself, checking people in, etc. It was a Saturday and super busy. I commend her!!!

A desk chair had not been wiped down, and looked questionable as to what was on it. While we were on hold, she came up to assist. Talk about fast service!! She was great! Don't loss her!

The staff was lovely and welcoming!! My husband is introverted but even they got a good laugh out of him. They kept up with my energy, which was so nice. The swimming pool was indoors which was GREAT because I have lupus. The breakfast options were nice and filling. The room service staff were lovely as well, held great conversation.

There were some areas that were sticky (?) But that was 99% left by the past guest and it was on a handle. I understand how hard it is to check and clean every single nook and cranny, especially when you're overworked. A quick wipe down with a sanitizer wipe did the trick just fine.

The rooms and the staff were all amazing, only slight issue was leaving to get Burger King across the street around ten pm come back and the only parking spot that I left unattended got took. Almost had to park in the grass or pull the dumpster out just to have somewhere to park, otherwise everything was a 10/10

The room was very clean, large and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and nice. And I was surprised to discover an upscale casino and horse race track nearby. Also many family friendly activities around.

I wish there were a weight room and hot tub. The pool was crowded with kids, no place for a single adult to relax.

We were surprised by how large our room was. We booked a room with a couch and it made into a single fold-out bed and it was in a semi-private alcove. My teen loved that. There was a huge open area in the middle. I recommend booking that room near the elevator. It was near Adventureland and a movie theater too.

i found a dirty sock in one of my rooms and the sheets didn’t look clean on one of the beds. there was hair on the bed and a sock under the desk

Service was amazing, truly! I wish I had gotten the woman’s name who after the tornado sirens started she ran through every floor knocking on doors. She was truly thinking of everyone’s safety in those moments. Absolutely an amazing employee who cares about her clients!

It was quiet, I kept a comfortable room temperature without adjusting the heater.

There was no ramp in the back to get the luggage cart up on the sidewalk. The room was smaller than most. The check and checkout went quickly, but both clerks were a little grumpy.
